CTS came out to hump and tow my modelS after it had run out of charge. The technician was helpful and did everything efficiently and with great care. He explained what he was doing and got me to a charging station. He even waited there a few extra minutes to make sure it was working. What a great experience getting my car towed. Never thought I would utter those words.

Called them today for a tow and was super impressed with their service. Bill at the call center was friendly and helpful. He communicated extremely well and was informative. Gavin the driver was fast arriving and was more than helpful. All and all they made what was already a very hard day much better. I would recommend these folks 100 times over.

After waiting 5 hours for road side assistance from Avis car rental, we gave up and found CTS on Google. We called and they said it would take around 39 minutes to get there, well the driver, I think his name was Jese in truck 92 showed up in 20 minutes and had us on our way in 30 minutes. He was very nice and saved our vacation!
