Super fast service! They treated me like family instead of like a customer. I locked my keys in my car and they sent a tech to my rescue within 15 minutes. First impressions last a lifetime and yours was amazing. Thank you so much!

Went in to pay for keys that we wanted to order ($300 worth of truck keys) and waited and waited while the only person in the store chit chatted with another customer, both in the store and then in their car trying to program the key, and totally ignored me. All he had to do was at least acknowledge me with a simple "Hi, we're a little busy, I'll get to you as soon as I can." After 10 min of standing and waiting I left. I'll find somewhere else to get my truck keys.

Drove by mere chance Corey was the most pleasant professional person any customer could ask for the dealership told it would me 2 months for 2 new keys he took 5 mins had 2 new keys that worked.

Robert was able to replace a missing key from one of my RV's exterior locks in under 5 minutes simply by looking in the mechanism. That specialized work and a set of 2 spares only ran a very reasonable $25, and I got my Jeep's ignition key replaced as well for only $85. The incredible customer service and value turned a situation that was a real headache into an absolute pleasure.

My safe had a broken bolt holder inside, near the combination. Mike came out and did a great job! He was able to solve the problem in one morning. Mike is great with customers. He explained what was wrong and what he would do to fix it. I will be using them again.

Have been happy with their service in the past. Went in the Pace office for assistance, guy at counter was very nice. He said I would need the auto technician and he took my name and number...that was on Monday. My son and I both left messages. It is now Friday and have received no response. Luckily, my son found someone else that was contacted Wednesday evening and came out on Thursday.

NOT VERY HONEST!!! I called ahead of time to get a price on getting a remote done and a key made. They gave me a price of $60 for the remote and $5 for the key. They couldn't program the remote and after the key was cut they charged me $37. I understand why the remote wouldn't program but don't lie over the phone. Shop around, and get a name of the person you talked to. There are enough honest locksmiths to choose from. I won't ever do business here again. There is another review about them lying over the phone.
