had 3 new keys made off a pretty old and worn house key ,got home tried all 3 and all work smoothly.very happy with the outcome,i did save a digital copy but now im thinking if someone hacks the system they could get keys made for houses possibly.

As a Realtor for 35 years, I've had many keys made! Since using Minute Key, I have never had a duplicate key that doesn't work! Plus it's quick and efficient!

It's a kiosk inside Lowe's. Easy to use. It provides an okay variety of keys you can copy. Copied a few different keys and they all worked.

I had 2 keys made, it was very fast, no waiting around for someone to show up.1 key worked flawlessly, the other didn't work but I was credited for it with no hassles. I would certainly use them again.

I made three sets of keys for three different locks and only one set worked. The company gave me a full refund.
