Friendly and timely! He cleaned up sawdust and all. Very reasonable and trustworthy. He even showed us how to use the new lock! I will definitely call back when I replace the garage door lock!

They were the best. Called them to replace two locks, with smart locks I purchased. They were able to fit me in same day. Installed the locks, and rekeyed them too. If I ever need a locksmith again, I know who I'm calling.

Door and website both say 4 but two days in a row I've come at 3 and they're closed, called left voicemail and still no response on the second day.

Expert key service made my R.V. where no one else could make them.

The Locksmith work was fine. Customer service was horrible, the follow through, the quoting, waiting for a reply, relaying to the locksmith what was wanted, was a terrible confusing experience. I do not think the locksmith was aware of all this. Very expensive waste of money was spent for the expertise of the office lady "expertise" and not the locksmiths expertise.

Two months ago I took a blank key from a car fob to be duplicated by my master key. He messed up the blank and told me he would order new blank and call in couple days. A month goes by and I call, he tells me the blank is on back order. Another month goes by and I call he doesn't call back. That's when I became suspicious and tried my original key in the lock. It didn't work. He ruined my original key while trying to make the replacement and never told me. The duplicate would have cost me $40. Now I have to go to the dealer to get an original key for $85. Left him message telling him all of the above. Never got back with me. Never offered to pay for new key to replace the one he destroyed. He has no integrity. Used to do a lot of business with him. Will never step foot in his shop again. Will also tell everyone to beware of his dishonest side.
