Dispatch customer service level sub par. Hung up on me mid sentence had to call back to get questions answered.

I called on a Sunday from 4 hours away because my family, including my recently disabled elderly father, was locked out of their home in Fernandina. The company is labeled on Google as being in Fernandina Beach. When I explained the situation, the dispatcher stated flatly, "I don't have anyone to service the area". I asked if she knew of any other companies who worked the area on a Sunday and she just repeated the same statement. Zero help, empathy or concern. Too bad I can't give them zero stars, but at least they answered the phone on a Sunday?
