Lighthouse Dry Cleaners

Simply put, they are exceptional. Been a customer for over 5 years and have never been disappointed. Seems dry cleaners just can't get the simple stuff right, this place does.

I will give you an okay rating for now because you did a great job but I'm having a hard time understanding why it cost $7 to dry clean one shirt maybe I'm just a amateur professional and don't understand how much it cost to launder these days

We recently moved to Jupiter and have been using Lighthouse Cleaners for a couple of months and they have been very good.
After picking up a most recent order I noticed that a pair of white jeans had a stain on the leg and brought it back to the store. I am very meticulous when I bring in my clothes and always point out any stains that require attention and the stains were not on these jeans.
One of the ladies there was very curt with me and stated that it looked like an old stain.
I was surprise by the clerks attitude and thought management should be aware of it.

Great company to do business with!

Work was done, price was little high but, unfortunately not so "friendly" or welcome receptionist.

The Hood Road Lighthouse Dry Cleaners had destroyed more of my clothes than I want to realize. My clothes come back dirtier with this black tar like marks. Bob the owner asked for me to reach out to him when there is a problem... WHAT! How about you reach out to me. After the past 3 times your team has messed multiple pieces of clothing. Plus you have 1 of the RUDEST staff members and you know who I'm talking about. When you try to get the spot out that you created "well our spot person isn't that great." That is from your staff members. Every time it's an inconvenience for me to be in your business. No one asks the customer how they are doing when they come in, it's like everyone HATES being there. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, BOB <--- I asked them 3 times to have you call me. YOU BLEW IT! You will no longer get any of my business and I'd will tell EVERYONE NOT TO GO THERE!
