Horrible experience...beware. I came here looking for a a good experience and ended up overpaying and not even getting what paid for! All I wanted was a dress hemmed and sleeves shortened on a blouse. I picked it up the following week and I trusted that the work was done. I tried it on at home and nothing was done! I thought to myself was this a joke? I called her assuming she would at the very least apologize for the inconvenience and tell me to bring it in. She had the nerve to tell me she would have to charge me again! I wrote a review on the Facebook page (which was deleted lol) and she is the only one who rated herself and 5 stars. You cannot rate your own business..just saying. She rated herself on here as well. Terrible waste of my money out of the window and waste of my time! Very poor business decision to let a new potential customer run far far away and get a bad review. What customer service!

Waste of money. I regretted going there for the second time. It's not that I didn't learn the first time, I like to give local businesses a chance. I specifically told them why I was getting my items dry cleaned and when I picked them up, still stained and HUGE waste of money. Lesson learned, not going here again. Customer service isn't very good or welcoming so another reason not to return. Shame.
