The first time I brought in a jacket to be dry cleaned. There was a minor mixup at pick up but they quickly resolved it. Brought a uniform in recently. They priced fairly for the services provided. Will be back for more dry cleaning to be done.

I have been using this dry cleaner for a couple of months and was pleased with the service initially. However, I recently purchased several shirts from a clothier in London and, when the shirts arrived, took them here to get them pressed. When I got them back, two of them had the cuffs creased by mistake. When I pointed this out and asked about smoothing the creased cuffs and making sure that , in the future, this wouldn’t be done, I was quickly rebuked. I was told that the shirts must have been like that when I dropped them off, that it had nothing to do with them. When I explained to him that they were brand new and I would be happy to show him the receipt, I was told that the shirts were too short for their press. When I explained that ALL of my shirts are the same size and simply asked if he could correct the issue and assure me it wouldn’t continue to happen, he told me that he would try to fix the shirts, but that he couldn’t guarantee that it wouldn’t happen again. He then told me it would be best if I found a different cleaner. Needless to say, I did that immediately.

They remove stains which I had no clue what it was. They did a great job

Mr. Lee and his wife are fantastic, punctual, and very reasonably priced. They are also great at alterations. I am VERY particular about my dress clothes and uniforms and I would never take my laundry anywhere else.
