Touch of Quality Cleaners

During hurricane Irma we as everyone else had no power. We decided to dropped our clothes off here as we were down to no clean clothes. I called and spoke to Monica,she said there would be no problem getting my clothes back that day. My son dropped them off at 7am when they opened. I called around 3 she said they would be done by the end of the day. I told here I didn't get off work until they closed. She said no problem I'll wait for you. Got there and only one load was done. She said they would be ready tomorrow. That would have been nice to know before I came all the way there and wasted my gas that was so hard to find at the time. The next day she said she would bring them to my work after 2 when they closed. I had to make a few phones calls and then she showed up after 4. I really don't think she was going to bring them at all. When I get them back some of our clothes are bleached. I called the main laundry and asked to speak to the owner,he wasn't there so I was told. I spoke with Jessica. Never heard from the owner. Called again don't remember who I spoke with that time. Still no call from the owner. I have tried 3 times for this man to do the right thing. I will be calling the BBB this week. The owner of this place needs to make things right when his girls mess up and ruin people's stuff. I will never use this place again. I'm not big on writing back reviews but this owner needs to address what happen to my family and I. I have no problems deleting my negative review of he would do the right thing.

Today I went to pick up my pants at 5:50 pm. The store closes at 6pm.
The lady closed the store early, saw me at the door, already had the closed sign up with the door locked. I told her through the glass that
she had 10 minutes left before closing and just looked at me, laughed
and shrugged her shoulders. Tomorrow, when I pick up my items, it will
be the last time I drop off my dry cleaning at your business and I promise them I'll be their worst form of advertisement.

This facility or parent company Pronto Cleaners lost a pair of expensive suit pants, then the owner of pronto tells me, You never had a blue suit pant checked into the store, !! Really after 18 years going to 3 of his stores, and me owning 3-5 blues suits at any one time, then basically calls me a liar. Nope don’t go there!!

I have been bringing my clothes here for years and they never let me down. Aside from the quality work, the staff is amazing! Erica and Janara are so friendly and fun that I enjoy seeing them when I pick up my items. Thank you Marke Cleaners!

They do a great job cleaning my grandsons ROTC uniform. Reasonably priced.

I think the correct name is MARKE CLEAANERS. I USE THEM FOR ALL MY WASH AND FOLD LAUNDRY. ITS CHEAPER THAN CUYING, DETERGENT, BLEACH, AND DRYER SHEETS AND SAVE ME A LOT OF TIME AND EFFORT GREAT PEOPLE GREAT JOB

I had my white coat cleaned at this dry cleaners; and I must say that I am extremely impressed. Thank you. I will definitely be bringing all my dry cleaning here ❤️

I love having my wash, dry and fold done here. Erica does a great job. My laundry is always folded/hung beautiful and in great time!
