There should be an option for the rate to be zero. This place is absolutely disgusting. The bathroom is nasty, the toilet was overflowing. The sink is not a sink but a big broken dirty plastic container. The machines are not cleaned or maintained. It is extremely hot. There are cock roaches everywhere and the place is very unsafe. There is no working number for consumers to contact someone. There is no management, no attendant. There is no space. It's horrible.

The grand re-opening/renovation was definitely worth the wait. From new washing machines to new dryers, clean floors and even offering free dryer service. Only wish it was bigger inside as space is limited.
