Faith Laundry and Dry Cleaning

I didn't want to go there at first cause of the reviews but I didn't have a choice, I needed my shirts dry cleaned. Let me tell you something all of the reviews below are a total lie which is a shame. The guy and the lady have a great attitude and offered me great service and they did a great job. People can't be judging people just cause of their accents and things like that.

i tried it and I'm staying with faith cleaners, when they told me the price even better, my son's ROTC uniform looked great and there was no attitude at all all of my experiences have been great, I went right at closing time when one of the girls was walking out and she didn't hesitated to go back and give me my sons clothes, I even pick up my ups packages when ups doesn't drop my packages at the door and they give me great service. God bless you guys!!

Horrible attitude, the guy and so is the other lady that were at the front desk are sooo rude not even a thank you and/or able to answer a simple question when I went to pick up my clothes and I saw that were still dirty. I stopped going there on my second visit right after the rewashed the same item twice now its ruined the fabric looks bad and that was one of my favorite dresses. I honestly had a very uncomfortable experience and the prices are not even that comparable.

Because I have limited laundry facilities where I live, I use their wash n fold service (I drop off a 26 pound bag or two of sheets & towels & misc clothing every 3 weeks!) Thanks for the excellent service!

I have visited this place before.
I hardly ever purchase an item of clothing that requires dry cleaning! I have wool/leather coats/jackets, buy other than that I never use a cleaners. I can't afford a Butler, so I am my own butler and I do my own Laundry! Being Very Exacting, I learned very early that if you want something done Right, do it Yourself!
Besides, the Laundromat in my neighborhood offers FREE dry with wash!

They appear to have gone out of business. I returned when the sign said they would be there and the sign was taken off when I returned on November 22nd at 1 pm. I’ve been a regular customer for over a year and no one called me to let me know so I could pick up my already paid clothes sooner. I hope the owner is okay. Also, I hope to get my already paid clothes returned to me.

I am so happy to have found my new go-to spot for dry cleaning and garment repairs. I needed a leather jacket button repaired and Faith Dry Cleaners was very responsive and did a such quality work.

I will recommend to anyone in the area and plan to come back as I’m so happy with the experience I received.

Ok so I felt compelled to write a review despite my dealings with them a couple years ago. First off I gotta say, older generation likes to make fun of millennials and say how "soft" they are buy Holy cow I've never seen such a spoiled, entitled, "soft" group of boomers in my life then on this review page. They didn't "say hello cheery enough" for you or "smile big enough" for you? Are you kidding me?? I will bet my next two paychecks that these are the same type of reviewers who enter a restaurant and boldly establish that "they're a yelp reviewer" and expect better service. Or withhold an entire tip from service staff cause the AC was blowing directly on them... Smdh

Anyway, I had an amazing experience with this business I wanted to share. I needed to get my suit dry cleaned for an interview I had and was very nervous, and zero experience getting anything dry cleaned. The lady was SUPER warm and welcoming and even gave me a boost of confidence for my upcoming interview. Upon returning to pick it up the gentleman and woman greeted me and after talking about my interview some more they told me to "not worry about payment" and I insisted they let me pay. We worked out a light hearted deal where if I get the job I'll come pay, I got the job and paid them as agreed (on our friendly bet). These were the two nicest, warm people I'd encountered in a while down here where 90% of people are nasty. They definitely treated me like a family member and I dunno maybe that's "too casual" for some of these whiny reviewers who think they're at the Ritz Carlton or something. I prefer laid back friendliness over strict rigid fake niceness. Regardless, they were so awesome.

Oh and every day after that encounter the woman waves to me when I ride by on my bicycle every day when I make my daily trip to publix and pass right by their windows 😊
