I have never felt so disrespected. The owner was very rude and disrespectful. Since when it's okay to turn your back on a customer while they are trying to explain a misunderstanding between your employee and the customer? His excuse was that he was busy which he said it with an attitude. I understand that the employee gave me information she did not understand but it was not my fault that I was told something different and charge for work I thought I would get but it wasn't delivered.

I understand that there will be mishaps but there was no excuse to be rude and disrespectful to your customers. I would take my business elsewhere. It's not worth the stress and hassle.

Took some clothing over there to get dry cleaned and they were all faded after receiving them. if you have very valuable clothing I'd advise you not to go there PERIOD!!!

Very unprofessional and rude owner. My clothes were lost and stained on several occasions and was only willing to compensate with a free item cleaning when it cost wayyyy more. No one is professional. Rude!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE

The owner informed me of a policy the day I asked to get my money back after they ruined a dress of mine. A policy that isn’t written anywhere on their receipts or in the building. He did not want to give me my money back so after 4 YEARS of doing dry cleaning with them, I hear about this 30 day policy. No, thank you.

I paid $82.50 for them to wash and press 15 T-SHIRTS! Then when I asked how much they do dress shirts they said $7.50! Please go somewhere else. Lot cheaper and same results.

Love the service here. I drop off clothes here at least once a month and they are too my liking and the pricing is great. Very nice staff every time I come.

I drop a dress at the cleaner on Monday they told me I could pick on Thursday it was not ready so I came Friday to pickup not ready after a couple hours the owner called me the dress was ready . I check the dress it was dirty and very rankled I told him I was not Satisfied with the service the owner told me the next time I come here he would have to charge me double he was very rude and unprofessional .

I took my new blazer to dry clean and they burn my blazer. They told me there is nothing they can do. This is the worst dry cleaner. They need to close down.
