DON'T GO HERE.Worst dry cleaners ever.Gave them my suit to be cleaned and a button to be replaced. requested it be done by next week Wednesday and they agreed. I called the next week Monday to see if the suit was done and they said " yes come pick it up". I did not go Monday but it went Thursday evening come to figure out they didn't even have my suit. i had to wait another day and this totally amazed me how incompetent people could be. Worst dry cleaners ever. Don't go here they will waste your valuable time and money. I will not be returning to this dry cleaners you should never go here. there is a much better dry cleaners in the eastern plaza that will return your things on time. Phillips Dry Cleaner is horrible and if i could i would give it 0 out of 5 stars. DON'T GO HERE

The absolute worst. I dropped off a dress to get hemmed one week before my birthday and the owner told me it would be ready by Friday. I go to pick it up and he tells me he wasn’t able to do it & instead of calling me ahead of time he lets the dress sit there for a week without saying a thing! Super unprofessional
