Brite Magic Tile & Carpet

Great company. Fabulous work and very professional. I would highly recommend. We used them for changing the color of our tile grout and cleaning our carpet. The tile looks beautiful and like anew floor

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Brite Magic. First off, they are fantastic communicators. They quickly got back to me with an estimate and remained in contact with us the day of our service. We had our sectional couch cleaned and our grout cleaned/sealed. The technicians that came spent HOURS on our couch (yes-we have gross kids!) and we were thrilled with how it looked after they were finished-it looks BRAND NEW! Our tile's grout had become very dark after 7 years of five people and two dogs living in our home. While we were initially told they couldn't guarantee it would go back to the original color, they were able to successfully do so. I highly recommend Brite Magic!

The workers were courteous and friendly. They were ahead of schedule. The lady (manager as she referred to herself) on the phone demanded full payment before work was even started. She said she had a “funny feeling about me. I was referred to them by a contractor that did work for me. Funny thing was he had a great feeling about me. He didn’t require payment up front. I’ve actually never heard of a contractor requiring full payment upfront. She was condescending actually and had the workers not already been here and carried the hoses upstairs, I would have told her to send them packing. So I am giving them 4 stars because of the workers, not the sassy mouthed lady working the phone. She needs to realize she works for the person on the other end of the line and not the other way around. Terrible customer service by the manager, but great job by the guys in the field.

We have used Brite Magic twice for driveway and Patio Paver cleaning and sealing. Kevin has done a great job on both occasions. Our driveway and patio look like new!

We are very pleased with our experience in working with Brite Magic. We hired them to clean our carpet last week. From start to finish I was treated in a professional, friendly manner. I booked by phone with Sarah, and on the date/time selected their crew of two showed up on time. They were efficient and informative and we are delighted with the result.....we don't plan to keep our carpet forever, but we aren't quite in the position to replace our flooring yet. Having the carpet professionally cleaned was very economical, and has rejuvenated them in a lovely way.....they look great, and will get us to the point when we are ready to replace our floor next year. I highly recommend their team!

Brite Magic did a fantastic job color sealing our grout. We purchased a remodeled home that had bright white grout on the floors throughout the entire house. I contacted Brite Magic to seal the grout. Kevin and his team showed up on time and recommended a light gray grout color seal and I'm so glad that I went with his recommendation. The grout is no longer bright white, it blends perfectly with the tile, and you see the tile now instead of the grout. His crew's normally don't work Saturdays, but they accommodated us by sealing the grout on a Sat before our furniture arrived and I'm so thankful for them working Sat. His crew was on time, courteous, and did a wonderful job. They also sealed the grout in the showers! Highly highly recommend. Kevin and Janet have a great team at Brite Magic. Thank you!!

Amazing company and service. I’m a realtor and have been using Brite Magic for tile and grout cleaning, carpet cleaning and paver sealing and they are always on time , their staff is very friendly , and prices are extremely fair. I highly recommend them to anyone.
