Clean setting with proficient staff. Maria and Yuly stand out in their customer care and kindness. Maria was extremely patient and helpful with getting my paper work sorted for my appointment. Yuly was kind and thorough with my examination. Even Dr. Nelson was thorough and empathetic. I docked a star because you’ll wait. Which is typical of many doctors offices, but still hard to deal with when you have your own life’s deadlines to meet.

I came in wanting to get my results for my titers, PPD and physical and a lady with curls at the front desk always mentioned how I needed another service for the rest of my results to be signed by the doctor. She told me I could have my results on Monday after the doctor sees it and so I came in Monday after being called and told that I could pick up my results and the same lady with curls told me I had to receive a hepatitis B vaccine even though I was told it was optional and I even told her the vaccine was not necessary according to my university that gave a form to decline the vaccine. I have a feeling they were trying to scam me and get more money out of me. I even opened up the envelope with my results and the results were ALREADY SIGNED by the doctor so the whole “you have to get the vaccine in order for the doctor to sign it off” was a whole lie. Also I know many people who were able to get their titers without having to receive a vaccine in order to get them. Will never come here again and I am afraid for whoever goes there without being informed of the service they are getting. Horrible customer service and deserves to be fired.

This place has been around for around 40+ years. Staff is very attentive and fast on drug screening. The doctors are very nice and make sure your souls and body are up to living standards…

Very clean and fast! Yuly was a sweet heart and made the experience extremely comfortable. The 2 young ladies working at front desk are just as sweet and makes sure that any question we have gets answered. Overall, I had an amazing experience and will recommend this location to my coworkers to get their Medical Examiner’s Certificate.

I love this place. Luis is very professional and caring. Eveytime I'm here he takes care of me like family. He is an incredible asset to Physicians Health care.

Physical therapist customer service is outstanding and truly helpful with all your needs , they take their time doing what they love and not rushing through your appointment to make sure you’re back to 100% yourself

Doctor. Juan Carlos Alanso is simply amazing, he really took his time to hear me out and understand my complaints, he described his concerns and showed me drawings on paper of the shoulder showing me possibilities of my problems in a way to help to understand. Physicians Health Center (Doctors) and Staff/Physical Therapy (Director Vincent Ulacia) by the airport all have professionalism, really care about their patience, very courteous, patient and friendly. Really work hard to get you back to good health. 👍🏾❤️
