Dr.Lavergne was great and very professional.Very good doctor,he listen to my concerns and symptoms.Very happy with the doctor and very knowledgeable.His team was also very customer service oriented and helpful.I did two procedures with him and everything went smoothly.Thank you!!!!

Online access to appointments and intake text communication, however wait time 2 hours in a packed waiting room and as a new patient, very rushed and dismissed with just diet change (no blood work or follow-up on my day-to-day digestive, only for main concern, which I believe new patient appointment should be extensive).

Tell me how a follow up appointment took forever and a day ? I understand doctors get busy but we sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half told us it be another 10 minutes. We said ok fine nurse came and got us and we sat in the back room until literally people were leaving. Doctor still had not seen us. We walkewalked out. Obviously we were not that important. If you over book. Please let the patients know and reschedule them. This is why patients get frustrated at doctors offices. If we run late 15 minutes we get charged a no show fee and have to re book an appointment

Front desk personnel was very professional and attentive. The nurse was very attentive as well and the doctor took his time to hear me out.

I had an MRI done since the 29th of November and nobody has called me with any type of results. I need some type of corporate supervisor to return my call as soon as possible. I've had the worst experience with this doctor. I had to put one start because that's the only way to write a review. No life person ever picks up the phone nobody calls you back it's incredible. I would love to advise people not to go to this Miami lakes location.

The facilities are nice. the staff on site was pretty nice, Dr. Lavergne extremely nice and patient answered all my questions, but their Care coordinator has not call me to schedule a procedure I have called 3 times in the last 4 weeks to get someone to call me so we can just make appointment for my procedure. scheduling this procedure has turned into a mission. Just trying to get testing done and make sure I stay healthy for my wife & grandkids.
