HCA Florida Northwest Hospital

The medical staff was amazing. However, I missed several meals due to the fact I was moving rooms (5/6 rooms in 8 days). Luckily, my husband was able to bring me food that I wanted/liked. I also had an issue getting my medication on time. I have a schedule of 8am and 8 pm. I was lucky to get these pills by 8:30-9. This medication numbers could adversely affect my health as well as my dosage. The doctors did a wonderful job figuring out what was wrong with me.

I just had a baby at Northwest Hospital and it greatly exceeded all my expectations. My entire care team was really exceptional! Sharon in L&D is an amazing nurse, I don’t think I could have made it through those 12 hours without her! Mary, Patricia, Michelle, Isabelle, Kim and all my nurses took amazing care of my baby and me. I wish I could remember the names of everyone!
Roberta in food services was the absolute sweetest! The food was surprisingly really good! I thought I would be sending my husband out for every meal but we enjoyed everything we were served in the hospital.

I have had many hospital stays through the years with various immediate family members. This hospital is a cut above the rest. The staff is a family and they treat you as family as well. The care was excellent. The nurses are compassionate and nurturing. Everything is top notch down to even the bed trays! The food was excellent. The floors clean. This hospital took an unfortunate situation for me and made me feel like home. This will be my family’s go to hospital if ever needed for the future. Northwest memorial has redeemed my faith in hospitals. And Rosalind and Ms Bee took care of us like our own mamas would! They are gems :)

I had a heart catherization at this hospital today. What a Great experience. Started with a pleasant and helpful greeter in a modern, clean, large waiting area. No paperwork to fill out. A tablet was provided and most of my info was already on it. It even had a credit card slot ro pay my copay, with a 25% discount.
Nina handled all my preop setup and also my postoperative. She is a very nice. friendly and caring professional. Cindy, Jerry and Dr Sabates handled my catherization in a large and very modern room with new looking equipment. Cynthia and Stephanie also provided comfort.
Overall, my experience at HCA Florida NW Hospital in Margate, FL greatly exceeded my expectations. I strongly recommend you give them a try for your hospital related needs.

Hospital was clean and the staff was very friendly. They were familiar with my Dr. Doctor Jose Luis Terrazas, MD gave him positive feedback and who did an amazing job. Explained everything to me in detail. He made me feel 100% comfortable and confident about my procedure.

Food host Sherry . Nurse Sara and all the staff are amazing. I am a picky eater and to my surprise I enjoyed the meals. My experience from the emergency room was quick, efficient from the security desk to the doctors. My interaction included Respiratory, radiology and all various nursing staff, thank you for making my stay such a pleasant one. Keep smile and excelling at what you do.

Well, this was my first time at the hospital. It was very clean. My hand surgeon Dr.Yalamanchi hand surgeon. He was polite very soft-spoken. And I heard that he was a Great great Dr. I just did not like the fact that I stayed from 12:30 Thursday afternoon to Friday morning 1/5/23 stay overnight to do my surgery at 8:00 AM. I also didn’t like that I was supposed to be discharged by 1pm . But I stayed I till four. Lucky thing that the cleaning lady had help me and went got the nurse for me if it wasn’t for her, I would’ve stayed a little longer but I’m sorry to say that I don’t remember her name I do know that she is black and she was very helpful, very polite. I hope she gets to see this message I’m sure she knows I’m talking about her and I was in room 460. Overall, the place was very very clean and everyone was nice. I’m just mad that they kept me that too long.

This hospital is amazing. Had seizure and girlfriend insisted here because we dislike West Boca that much. Anyway everyone here is so caring and helpful. I am not sure her position but Amanda was the best. Super friendly and immediate response. Also Edwin is beyond a great employee. I hope his boss reads this because he is fantastic. He listened to my entire history and helped me with food and anything else. I want to acknowleshe them both. As for docs and other nurses they are very good.....I edited this because Takeyece and Jennifer overnight have also been awesome. I was a royal pain in the tush & they have helped over and beyond. The 2 nurses on the 3rsd night were Katlin and Laura were and were there for my MRI and even the housekeeper Vida was a sweetheart. I wasn't feeling good and she stopped for 10 minutes to talk to me. Manette and Faith also need credit because they were amazing. Great bedside manner and would recommend this place to anyone. I honestly have not met a bad employee, no matter what department. They also Lyft you home at discharge for free. Been here 4 days and everyone has made it very easy considering my seizures. I hope I never need a hospital but it's 5 stars no doubt.
