I brought my daughter to this Hospital the nurse didn’t check on her over hour she done got sick 2 times, had nothing to drink, and they asked for her pee in the cup we had it ready. I went out to tell the nurse was so rude, but the doctors are nice. Will not be back to this one!

I had very High Blood Pressure on 7/23/2022! EMS brought me around 4:30! Nurses were awesome! The ER Doctor could use some bedside manner’s! Was there for Three Hours and the Nurses were right on it! The Dr comes in and sends me Home! Pressure still high! Not even 24 hrs later my Son had to take me in again and so much better! Dr was Awesome and the Nurses Perfect! Got there around 6:30 pm. And the Dr kept looking in on me ! Had several tests and Pressure still wasn’t going down! So around 10:00pm he came in and said they were going to keep me! What a difference it was from one night from another!

First I'd like to say that the staff was amazing but my experience was not. I was given a hospital gown in the ER and that was all (no slippers/socks, etc.). I was not allowed to eat or drink anything (which I understood) just in case I may need some surgery or something. However, once they said I could eat, I was not offered anything. I had to have my husband rush home to get me a granola bar before visiting hours were over because he would not be allowed back after 8:00 pm. I did not bring toiletries, change of underwear, my charger, etc. because I didn't expect to be kept there. The night nurse checked me into my room around 11ish and once she left, I didn't see a soul until I stepped out of my room at about 6:30 am the next morning. I have been in countless hospitals and have always had nurses check my vitals throughout the night and this never happened. I told my husband that I felt like I was in a no-frills hospital. I think the nurse was too busy all night but I was in for my heart so I was surprised when no one checked on me. Like I said, the staff was unbelievably nice and the day nurse made up for my feelings of abandonment. I was very very happy to go home. Unless there's a severe emergency, I hope not to return as an overnight patient. I'm sorry I can't say anything better but maybe things there can change. By the way, I slept in my jeans!

If I could give this place no stars I would! This is my first time being here and it was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered EVER!! And I have been to plenty of bad hospitals but this one took the cake!! First, the admitting nurse was in a shouting match with someone else in the parking lot then had the nerve to come in and continue. Telling everyone what just happened. Second, there was no one in the lobby to check me in. I waited for at least 5 minutes before screaming for someone to help me. There were at least 3 nurses that walked right past me like I wasn’t there. Third, the doctor that I had to see acted like he did not want to do the exam. He looked like it was the last thing he wanted to do! Fourth, the time I got there was a little after 7 am. So shift changes, I know. But since there were little to no patients why does it take 2 hours for an ultrasound tech to show up?? I was over the whole encounter because they were rude, provided no guidance to what I was supposed to do and it seemed like they didn’t know what they were supposed to do themselves. They kept asking each other questions that even I know the answers to. This hospital needs to re-evaluate their staff because they are horrible and unsanitary. I eventually just left without the results I needed. However, they had no problem with telling me the bill! I will never be back there.

I appreciate the nurses on the second floor who was very nice and caring to my mom. Especially the nurse Sasha she did good. Always had answers for everything & if she didn’t she’ll call the doctors right away. The housekeeper who switch shifts for nights she did amazing keeping the rooms cleans. Even though it was clean she made sure it was even cleaner. Best hospital 🤍

I was blown away at this hospital staff’s efficiency, kindness, and outstanding customer care! My friend needed to go the ER today; she was seen promptly and treated quickly for her severe pain. The staff was kind and skilled, I’m so grateful to them for helping her so quickly. I highly recommend this hospital in case of an emergency! 🥰

Everyone is very helpful and friendly all of the time! I always feel like I’m in good hands and I’m certain that I will have the best care possible. I never feel like I am “just a number” and rushed through my treatment, even during the paperwork procedures. I’ve been to many hospitals and cancer centers in my life and I’ve never been to one where each and every person, from the parking lot attendants to the medical personnel, have such genuine concern for the patients. I feel confident when I am here and I know that all of the hospital personnel go out of their way to make the patients as comfortable as possible. This is not just the way I am treated, I hear all of the patients around me getting the same excellent care.
Please share my comments with all of the hospital staff, if possible. I know they would enjoy knowing how much I appreciate the “extra mile” they all put into their daily routines.

Out patient nurses were awesome Tony was great. After my surgery my blood pressure went 50 over 25 the nurses were right there doing a great job. I had to stay another day. The nurses on the third floor were not near as good as the nurses on the first floor. One nurse Sarah was great no one else asked me if I needed anything. So maybe better training for the patients.
