The only person (I think she was a clerical helper who answers the phone), who I found not particularly helpful, was a foreign speaker who I spoke with on the phone. I was having difficulty with the website (for the 3rd time) and she did not seem to care, nor was she very friendly. Susan has been fabulous when I have called and I prefer speaking with her! All others in this office are fantastic! I love Dr. Brady and the nurses!
I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of these services.
That doctor left the practice and I was assigned to a Dr. Mammod. His knowledge is excellent but his customer service skills need to be improved. When I have ran out of scripts at times it took 4 to 5 days for the assistant to call it in. and while being treated by the doctor he would go so fast if I forgot to ask him a question while he was in the room you can forget it. One time he was half outside the room and in the room and i said Dr I need to ask a question. the rolling eyes came about. I kind of was going to let this go but then something else came up.
I decided to get new insurance for additional benefits. I ran out of my diabetic medication. The Medication I was on was not covered by this new policy. Trying to get someone to pay attention to you if you don't have an appointment is impossible. To write the whole story would take too long. However I was not happy after I finally got to speak to the doctor after pounding the phones. What was told to me he would try to get the new medication approved. I waited three days and went to my pharmacy it was not approved. The Pharmacist gave me an 800 number for the doctor to call and while doing that I had the Nursing Assistant on the line. the phone got disconnected and I was not able to give her the number. Instead of calling me back or waiting for me to call again at that moment the 3-5 day voicemail came on. Later on I got a hold of a supervisor who was supposed to call the pharmacist and call me back. Well she never called me, but the doctor did and this was the phrase he gave me Greg I don't have to call the insurance company when I do that it's a favor. i just listened in deep sadness that a doctor can be so in sensitive. I was also saddened that the office really didin't care about anything I was saying or going through. I'm a sick man with an A1c of 10 and I also have a very bad back problem. all I here is the doctor doesn't have to do a thing and whatever he does is a favor.
There is so much more to this story but let me give you real frustrating facts.
1. It's almost impossible to speak to the nursing assistant. It might take her 3-5 days for a call back.
2. in my experience in order to get a supervisor it took 45 min's on hold. one time I was on hold for 30 min's then the front desk clerk gets on the phone and tells me she's with another patient.
3. Since this doctors is office is like a big corporation There the place is run like a script or has a certain protocol the office does not allow adjustment for unusual circumstance.
4. the office is so overloaded it makes the doctors of the staff un emphatic. I was without my medication for a week The doctor would not listen to me. it's true they up meds that orignally did not work but didn't go the extra mile to get the meds that did work.
I have switched providers
DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE.
