Has a really good experience here. Appointment times were automated once you checked in and My number was called before i finished entering my information in the system. Had great experience at the immunization, lab and public health counters. Can’t speak for the other services.

Public health customer service horrible. Clinic opens up I pull a ticket mind you I was I only one there waiting and sat there for almost an hour. Had to have another area call them to see if anyone was working. Once they finally called my number sat for another 30 minutes to get called into the back. Over an hour and a half just to get a hearing test done. All I can say is wow worse part about it all there was 2-3 individuals working in the section.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had an appt today. Checked in the required 15 mins early. Pulled my ticket and waited 10 mins to be checked in to the Family Health front desk. Cool. Filled out my paperwork and waited. And waited. And waited. 56 mins later I went to the front desk to see how much longer I was going to wait and was told they needed to check with Dr. Nelsons staff. His nurse came and told me he went to lunch. They 'didn't see me as checked in'. HOW? You literally check in twice! The best they could do was maybe squeeze me in this afternoon. So I asked her that she expected me to waste more of my day "hoping" to get an appt to see a doctor I had an actual appointment with. She told me yes with a straight face. I do not get paid unless I am at work. I had to have a co-worker cover for me and the medical staff is clearly at work not working. I pay for both of my insurances that are billed. Please explain to me how this happens? What is the purpose of pulling a ticket, F120, AND talking to the front desk if you aren't gonna get checked in? I type this as I sit in Urgent Care to get my medical concern addressed. Horrible service! Absolutely terrible!

Dr Aragon at family health clinic is awesome! I’m retired - and felt valued! Appt time kept - no wait - SO professional!

Either laziness or inept leadership must be the cause of the waiting and lack of attention this clinic provides. The automated phone system is a joke. No one ever answers. Practically every option leads to a phone message, telling the caller it doesn't accept phone messages.

Yesterday, attempting to reach family support, I waited over an hour as "Caller Number 2," attempting to get seen about what turned out to be pneumonia. No one ever answered the phone.

Was told filling a prescription for 1 bottle of ibuprofen would take 15 minutes, it took over an hour so I left.

Customer service at the Main Clinic check-in desk is non-existent. The check in staff at the main desk was rude and treaded me like it was an inconvenience to check me in. She spoke to me like I was a child. I’ve worked in AFMS for 21 years and this was by far one of the worse customer service experiences I’ve experienced or witnessed.
