Pediatric Associates Coconut Creek

Good afternoon! I would ❤️ to say that at Pediatric Associates in Coconut Creek. Trinity & I had a pleasure of meeting as follows: Ms Brittany YoungBlood (PROVIDER), Nicole (MA), Dawn, Kayla, & Donna (CHECKOUT) it was an amazing visited with them ALL today Friday, August 12, 2022. Everyone was very polite and nice. I must say they ALL was very helpful today. Have a great weekend.

It can be a difficult experience trying to find a pediatrician for your child. Pediatric Associates might sound good because they have so many locations, but I would advise that you look elsewhere if this is your first choice. The reviews pump it up to look good, but my experience has been poor so far. We've been to a few locations and they all have the same issues.

If you're not using insurance, you better buckle up. They will nickel and dime you at every possible opportunity. You can have paid your balance, have receipts, but somehow you still end up in collections for a past due balance you didn't even know was there because you already PAID WHAT YOU WERE TOLD. You can even talk to the office staff and they'll tell "oh don't worry, we'll take care of it" but their word is as good as fool's gold.

The office staff, for the most part, haven't been particularly kind or welcoming. They come across as rude and condescending. If you need to call them for any reason, I wish you the best of luck trying to get answers or any resolution to your problem. I've never left here thinking "wow, what a nice, easygoing experience." It's usually "wow, I really need to find a better pediatrician".

I love the doctors and staff at the coconut creek office , they are very kind n helpful always. My favorite is Doctor Virdee. He is the doctor for my 3 princesses. He was also my doctor growing up !!! Years of great experience! Also I have to Acknowledge Dawn Campbell she is absolutely amazing. So helpful, any Question she knows she is so kind and generous and have dedicated years of her time with the pediatric associates.. If I'm ever in doubt I know were to go !!! The staff and doctors are truly amazing

I am a big advocate of good customer service, apparently not too many Know the meaning of that. Last Tuesday I requested a sport physical form from the Pediatric Associates in coconut creek. I have no idea what the young girl who waited on me did with the form. But thanks to Dawn Campbell and Adelina Valle who were so nice, friendly and helpful. Together they were able to have a new form fill out and signed for me so my son would be able to play soccer.

Coconut creek location has the nicest staff and doctors! Everyone does their best to get you in and out. The doctors patiently answer all your questions and concerns. They are all just very friendly and deal with our children in the best way.

Thanks to the staff at the Coconut Creek office location for their professionalism. Special shout out goes to Dawn Campbell for being an outstanding and excepcional staff member. Every doctor’s office should have a Dawn Campbell to ensure that patients are well received and cared for as they step into their office.

I have been going here for 13 years and I have no complaints. Best doctors and best location!!!! They are always organized, professional and knowledgeable. The office staff are kind and work very hard to have everything running smoothly. I went in for a 2:30 appointment and was out by 3:05. Even if there is ever a wait it is never more than 30 minutes. This is the only location I will go to ever again.

Probably the worst pediatrician in the south Florida area. They used to be caring and used to try to help sick children. Now they out source all calls to India or somewhere in Asia or the Middle East and they don’t even try to help kids get seen. I called over 4 times to get an appointment and each time, they don’t have an available appointment.

The purpose of a pediatric doctor is to be able to help kids who cannot always articulate their problems. Parents please AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS!!! They will avoid caring for your child and can only be available for well visits. RUN, RUN, RUN!!!!

I am writing this review to help other parents like myself. Our kids are our precious cargo, this place doesn’t care. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!
