When I dropped off the van to be detailed I specifically told the guy to be careful with the mudguards because last time they damaged them, his first response was is the first time that he heard that and he can not be responsible for that, that maybe was loose or alredy damaged, witch I told him no, it was in perfect conditions. I told him I have used a similar car wash without any issues. I decided to give them a second chance with my bad luck that they damaged the mudgard again, and when I approached him, he tried to fix the mudgard that is torn. He didn't take any responsibility. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH AT ALL

Your team didn't do anything to fix my problem. Now I have to spend almost $200 to get it fix. The problem should it be resolved with solutions and not with an attitude and take responsibility when
there is a mistake. AGAIN, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOU AT ALL.

I have been in this place a few times already in the past; they do very good work overall.

I just took my truck there to have it cleaned, and I want to point out that went I got home, I realized that the guy who was cleaning my truck found my wife's credit card probably in the seat and just put it in one of the cup holders. I must say there are still honest people on this planet.

I needed my rental truck cleaned and washed for the return. I didn't have time to wash it myself so we opt for this place due to our as we headed to the airport for our flight home. THESE GUYS! Wow! Cleaned it up to showroom shine at a price that is very affordable.In and out in 15min. Thanks a million 😉

My favorite car detailing place in Orlando (and I've been to a few)! Great customer service, friendly and they do a fantastic job!

Paid for interior detailing and after almost 5 hours I called them and they decided to tell me my car was ready. On the drive home I noticed that they had barely done anything other than wipe down my steering wheel and center console. Caprets were still dirty after paying for a shampoo. Seats still had stuff on them. Rear window wasn't even touched. Even the dash board and Guage cluster had dust all over it. What did I pay for?

I’ve been taking my cars/trucks here for years. Always friendly and willing to quickly touch up an area if you see something that got missed. This trip I noticed a long wide scrape where someone must have traded paint with me earlier in the week. I was sure I’d have to take it to a body shop because it was pretty nasty looking…but I pointed it out to the ‘Super Clean’ tech and he got to work and sent me back inside to wait in the AC. Another 10 min and after some solvents, rubbing compound, wax and orbital buffer he called me back out. The entire area is now like new! No abrasion marks, scratches or even hazing from all the chemicals. Like it never happened! I was amazed and went back in and added another $10.00 to his tip!

My paint was not treated well here. Significant marring and a few scratches added. They were nice at least, but paying 50 bucks for spider webbing up and down the car is pretty brutal. To some extent I understand Japanese auto paint is difficult, but when he’s mindlessly wiping a dry, dirty rag all over the vehicle he’s not really giving it a chance. Also somehow some stubborn water spots left over (maybe even poorly applied wax?) which is a quite amazing combination.

This is definitely the place to go to for auto detailing. They got into every nook and cranny of my vehicle. Moe really did an outstanding job. Even the facilities were nice, spacious and clean.
