Quick and convenient, but there is one woman that works there that I absolutely dislike... she yelled at me once for trying to pay with a 50$ bill... she said I was the one being rood and inconsiderate for taking the only two tens she had left in the register... excuse me... it's not my fault you don't have your register properly stocked :P

It's the closest shell to where I live. Staff is friendly. Prices are about the same as most, but they offer rewards benefits

There is one woman who works here, by the name of Patty, whom it is an absolute displeasure to deal with. She's cold, mean, and condescending right from the moment you "inconvenience" her by daring to enter the store. I've heard her snap at people for asking simple questions like "can you break a fifty?" or "is that deal for the drinks still going?" Not once have I heard her serve any customer with any amount of kindness.
I would consider giving this place a better rating, only because the other cashiers I've dealt with seem nice enough. One in particular, Mikayla, was very nice and friendly, and managed to make me feel welcomed in the store.
Long story short, if Patty is working (which is a majority of the time, it seems), just go to RaceTrac next door. If anyone else is working, especially Mikayla, go for it.

If the manager doesn't know why the rewards didn't go through even though it said it did at the POS then who else would know!!!

Go here often and as always the workers are very nice and they don't rush you at all. Give it a 5 star cause everything is neat and hard workers.

This gas station will cheat you at the pump. Beware because this place is ran by sleazeballs. Price for a gallon was $2.13 and I was charged $2.50. Stay alert if you choose to buy from here....

I just got out of this location with the worst first impression of any of the Shell station that I had visited before.

I went in to buy gas and lotto. The tank took less of what I have purchased so I went back to ask for my new receipt. When I was coming in to the station there was a guy coming in at the same time. He was walking slowly to the line until he stop a little far away front the line behind the register. I thought because of his slow pace he was giving me time to go before him. I asked the cashier (manager) for the new receipt and after giving me the receipt she started scolding me in front of the customer, who was quite and respectful. When I tried to explain, the customer said that It was okay. When he left I told the cashier why she decided to shame me in front of the customer were she stated that I have cross his way. I explained myself and told her that she was rude to me, then she got so upset that she said that she was the manager, and that she have the authorization from her boss to treat anyone the way she was treating me. Also that she can tell anyone to get out of the store while getting out of her chair from behind the register and walking to the door to open it for me...looking at the guy she was defending, who was already away, pouring gas. Her behavior was very rude and vulgar. But I guess her boss does not care because as she has said he authorize that way of doing business. Shame on them!

The pumps are so slowwww! I suspect they want more of your time to listen to the ads! That is so irritating, and I also have safety concerns at night.
