Started going here when they opened, it was nice at first but then they started making their employees be more aggressive on the “wash plan” sales so they are automatically charging you every month. I always so no but they go as far as to slide themselves between the machine to pay and your car to get in your face with a sign and will try to take your card and do everything. When I ask them to not slide on my car they seem confused. I know they are told to do it but all they are doing is scratching my car. Today was the last straw as I approached the pay both the employee walked out into the road to block and start their car salesmen routine. I left without buying because I just want to wash my car, if that means I have to go through harassment every time, I will go to the wash down the road.

I generally don't use them often because of what does automatic car washes do to paint jobs. But for what it is, it is okay. I will say that the tire shine often doesn't work there.

I use to go to another car wash close by, in town. I had just cancelled my membership with them (because their wash was always broken when I went), and decided to try Tidal. Let me say, my expectations for a car wash were surpassed by far!!! They are so clean and ALL of their brushes work and nothing is missing or broken (yes they are new, but they obviously keep up with it)! Not only that but, Owen (I believe that was young man’s name who helped me) was so kind and walked me through the different packages they offer. They were so awesome, I even signed up for a membership with them! Looking forward to continuing business with them.

Has IMO declined in quality since my first time. The tire black was spotty and the strong vacuums I once used had been turned off. I do understand the current economy but it shouldn't affect what I'm paying for.

Staff needs to complete their pre scrub before starting the wash advance. When first starting the use of the facility the service was great. At this point the service seems to be dwindling ie; spending more time wiping the unwashed areas and having only one side of your vehicle sprayed with tire dressing. The system appears to need weekly maintenance to ensure proper operation. Overall the facility is great but, the service needs some improvements.

A fairly solid subscription car wash location. Their prices are pretty steep but you have unlimited washes after all so just be sure to get your monies worth. The wait usually isn't to bad and they can get cars through quickly. Sometimes they have issues with a lot of vacuums being out of order, but in general they're up and good to go. Not the best car wash place around but certainly a good one.

Do not go here. I took my $70,000 truck through because it looked like the nicest wash in the area. I got it done about an hour ago on 12/17/2021 and when my truck dried completely off it reviled that the wash had left several scratches on my truck. Pictures attached. I called the customer service number for tidal wave auto and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Please if you want nice vehicles to come to your location make sure its not scratching the paint.

Good spot. Coming from Ontario Canada, I felt guilty driving around Pace/Milton Florida with a dirty truck. Paid $25 for the drive through operation, then pulled outside to one of the vacuum stalls to clean the windows, shine the wheels and vacuum inside. Truck looked amazing when done. But I must admit I've never paid someone good money to clean my truck where I did all of the work. Still, it took care of my guilt.
