LUV Car Wash

The attendant there at the pricing machine was awesome, and will be coming back because of him. I wish I had gotten his name. They have more vacuums there than most other car washes I’ve been to. I loved it and a portion of them are shaded :)

This new company charges 17 dollars for a tire and car wash. I paid for the more expensive wash to make sure the tires were clean. I asked if i could run back through if the car tires weren't clean and they said it shouldn't be an issue. they don't pre-wash your tires which most places use a scrub brush and soap before entering. After the wash my tires still had a regular amount of brake dust on them. I pulled back around to get a rewash and they told me no (unless i wanted to become a member). Complete and utter garbage. I paid 17 dollars for them to press a button. Bring back jeffs car wash, at least they had better customer service. Also, the vacuums i used to use before had better suction. I had to pull into two different spots and then use the neighboring vacuum because it was the only one with proper suction. Get it together.

Now that this car wash is reopened, I got the most expensive wash they had (All the LUV) for $22. After the wash was over, I looked over my car and there were several spots on the windshield, windows, and sides of the car that still had dirt/spots on them after the wash. The air pressure coming out of the drying jets is a little intense as I saw my hood bend inward and then snap back into place. It feels like the wash machine was set to too fast a speed to reliably wash a car given how much it missed.

I expect this kind of wash from a $5 gas station car wash, not one for $22.

Disclaimer: no longer $3 washes. Cheapest wash is $10. So if you're looking for that, don't want you to be disappointed.
That being said, I 100% recommend getting the monthly plan. It's super cost effective and the machines really do an excellent job at cleaning ur car. Not to mention they have towels and glass spray for free to use at the vacuums!
The customer service also is above and beyond. I initially had an issue with the machine not cleaning my car properly. So i reached out to management about it, via email, and they immediately responded and addressed the issue, until it was resolved.
After being disappointed at so many other car washes, I'm happy to report that the new Luv's is up to the task and 100% worth ur money!

$3 for Jeff's, moved to $10 for Luv is a no go.
It's not about the price, it's about the value, and Luv falls short.
A 300%+ price increase doesn't cut it.

The excuses from new owners/manager fall flat.
"Our $10 First Luv Package includes pressure wash, wheel cleaner and tri-foam bath. That was not included in the basic was before."

So what?

I'm not looking for undesired services. Rather, self-vacuum, then in and out of an automated car wash. No help, therefore no one to tip, no fuss.

Luv's manager sounds like a customer service rep from "THE" cable company monopoly, providing mandatory additional unwanted channels one must bear, in order to get the actual channel one desires.

Jeffrey went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my wash and he has GREAT customer service.. I will definitely be visiting again!! Thank you Jeff!!

I used for a month, I make the mistake of buying the membership, every time I go the car is never dried, look that the speed o the air vents are to weak to dried the car, also the tires are half shine and the other half not, the tried to service to many cars so the increase the speed, please tried to get a better service and then you Goin to have permanent customer.

Elkin helped me during my visit, very nice car wash. Always gets the job done. Nice staff as well
