Rising Tide Car Wash

I love this car wash, the car washes actually clean your car, there is free vacuuming and if you're too lazy to clean your car the have interior cleaning so you can sit back and relax plus you're also helping the autism community 😀 😊 👍

I went to this “Rising Tide Car Wash “ because it was close to my route home. It is your typical tunnel car wash with plenty of choices. The outside of my car looked great. I chose to do the inside but for an extra charge the workers will do it for you. Thanks for reading my review and a helpful thumbs up would let me know someone else reads these reviews. As a frequent and loyal customer of this car wash I was very disappointed today!!
I went expecting a rain guarantee after spending $13 on a wash and the supervisor said that they discontinued that service as of last week.When I requested to honor it this time and I would know for the future she replied no. The new wording on the sign is now is misleading to customers in my opinion.
As a business owner, customer service is always priority.Its too bad that this supervisor was so uninterested if she retained or lost a customer.I hope the management reads this so they can give her a little more training in customer service.There are a lot more places I can go and will.I won’t be back.

Just got a $33 car wash, they did get the sticker residue off but there’s shoe print on my dash board and a broken the gear shifter plate. It is not as clean as it should inside and out, there is still dirt when I wiped the steering wheel, also dirt was on my seat with a partial rip on the seam…I was afraid they may cause more damage if I tell them to fix it. Very disappointed!

I think for $13 service..tires should Shine!!
I get better clean at Shell for 1/2.
Seems prices went up since last time I went here.

$35 car wash/interior cleaning, inside was only vacuumed out (which they have feee vacuuming) inside of car was not cleaned and was left untouched. Waste of money on interior cleaning and outside of car was still dirty ….

Great concept! I really like this! Never been to any car wash like them. As one of the reviewers wrote, I did have a couple of crumbs but they were in the nicks and crevices that can’t be seen! The outside was washed nicely and inside vacuumed nice compared to what I would have done! 🤣😂 Good job!! I’ll be back!

Pretty great experience. I got the mid level car wash with vacuuming. There was still a bit of dirt in between my handles and the truck space but for a quick one and done it was great.
