Purchased my first e- bike today!! Can't say enough about this shop. They answered all my questions and I feel confident I got a great bike that is appropriate for my skill level and riding needs. No high pressure sales,just knowledgeable,friendly and helpful staff. They even offer a great service plan. So glad I found this shop! I will definitely be back.

I brought in a couple of old bicycles that needed repairs on a very limited budget. I was treated so much better than other bike shops in the area. I was amazed by not only the staff but also by the inventory of equipment & accessories.

Really happy with Gear Bicycle Sales and Austin, who was the salesperson that helped me with my Specialized bike purchase! They had what I wanted in stock, answered all of my detailed questions, and made the ordering process easy. When I had some shipping problems, Austin quickly addressed them. Thought I would share a review about this bike shop as I have always been impressed with how much they care about me and the bike I eventually purchased from them. They have VERY knowledgeable people there. Guys like BJ definitely know their bikes and will help make sure you get one that truly meets your needs at a great price! Their service is what keeps me going back to them. They’ve become like family to me in the bike world. Can’t say enough good things about them. This is my go-to place for anything I need for my bike, best spot in the area. Good prices for repairs and gear and they’ve always got a top tier bike selection. The staff makes it even better because they’re so helpful and friendly with everything! Make sure to ask for BJ because he’s always willing to answer any questions and help out any time you need help with your bike!!!
