My husband and I both purchased a bike from on your mark. Julie took her time explaining everything we needed to know about bikes. She also customized both of our bikes to fit us perfectly. This was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had with a purchase. We went to three different shops and ultimately decided on this store because of the customer service, the price and the maintenance program they offer. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

Best bike buying experience I have ever had!!! The woman who helped us was extremely helpful and patient when buying my daughter’s bike. She was able to adjust the bike to fit my daughter’s size perfectly. Highly recommend!!

Contacted this business to inquire as to whether they would be able to help me with my Schwinn spin bike.

I spoke to an older female on the phone who was polite. We agreed that neither of us knew whether the techs could fix it and that I would send a video and pictures by email.

I was very clear in that I was not in a rush, was patient, and very polite.

I am a disabled veteran so tele commuting is very important to our family.

We took the video and pictures and sent the email.

I had even placed a follow up call to let the lady know I had completed my side of our agreement.

This was July 15th, today is August the 7th.

I have received no response whatsoever from this business.

Very disappointed.

Will edit if they reach out and try and remedy the situation.

Would not recommend.

Update: the shop claims the lever was "damaged in shipping" in their response below, but also sent me an email saying the package was likely "intercepted in shipping" and supposedly damaged that way. BAHAHAHA! Hilarious! The shipping box arrived in perfect shape with their packaging tape uncut. I guess maybe the CIA intercepted my super secret inexpensive bike part for National Security reasons? Lol. A total garbage response from a vendor that knows they sent me a used part in an open box with with missing pieces.

Original Post: Purchased a Crankbrothers dropper post remote lever from this shop recommended by Google because it said these guys were a Trusted Store.

However, they sent me a previously opened, used product, ripped box, with missing parts! Shame on these guys.

This is truly a great bike shop and a local destination for all your cycling needs. The place is packed for a reason. The owners and employees are super friendly and helpful. If you’re in town and a cyclist, like I am, you should definitely check this place out. If you are visiting by yourself or with your family, this is the best place to rent a bike. My kid wanted to rent a bike, but, the resort didn’t have any bikes her size. We checked a couple of places out and the prices were unreasonable. Finally we came here and the price was great. BUT, the difference was in the amazing service. The positive and flexible attitude made it a great experience. Finally, the time they spent with my kid to make sure she had the right bike and helmet was truly heartwarming. This was a rental and they cared. Grateful to find this place it brought so much joy to my kid.

The best single bike purchase I ever made! Walked in looking for a used hybrid...one available...test rode and bought on the spot at a very reasonable price...this is coming from a seasoned 35 yr rider of a variety of bicycles

WoW...you're in for a surprise. I needed my road biked tuned and found this spot. The customer service, knowledge of the technicians and professionalism the moment you walk through the doors speak volumes at OYM. I decided to visit this bike shop as the other one in proximity in my area was closed when i visited. Needless to say, the inconvenience of a "We're Closed" sign definitely worked out well. It's true, "when one door is closed, another will be opened".

One month ago today I purchased my first decent bike and I LOVE it! It has really inspired me to consistently get out there and exercise by cycling. Thanks to the employee who took the time to give me tips on cycling (even though I learned how to ride a bike over 66 years ago..proof that one is never too old to learn new tips)and who adjusted my seat to accommodate me better. The whole experience of dealing with this shop and then my purchase was top notch from start to finish and I highly recommend that if you're thinking of a bike even just for casual riding and exercise this is the place!
