Pedego Electric Bikes DeLand

I am 72 years old and due to some balance issues it was necessary for me to go to a trike. Always loved riding a bike. I had to swallow my pride and just keep biking the safest way for me. I texted Aaron to see if they had the trikes. He said they just received an order of them. I had several questions and he returned my texts timely. I got to the shop and was permitted to ride the trike. The bucket on the back will allow me to take my dog with me on rides. All my questions were answered and the owner was most professional. My trike was delivered and I have ridden it several times. On my first ride I said to myself, “I love this trike!” I call it my mini motorcycle. 😁

The test ride was wonderful 👏 🙌 I love the Element 🚲. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I absolutely love my new ❤ bike his name is Bill after William Shatner and my brother Billy, they even delivered it to my house .This will be my only means of transportation I will be selling my car I trust this brand. Best experience I have ever had in purchasing Laura and Chuck were wonderful I'm so Happy I have joined the Pedego family.

After doing research on the different electric assist bicycles, I went with the Pedego because of the warranty, the quality of their bikes, and they had the best over all reviews.
From my first telephone call to the DeLand Pedego store, to the day of delivery the customer service was top notch. The sales people were very knowledgeable but. not pushy. I bought the trike as a gift for my husband and he loves it!
I would highly recommend the Pedego bike and the DeLand, FL store. I look forward to purchasing a bike for myself in the near future to take to the mountains in Tennessee. .'

Great dealer! They took the time to answer all questions. Before I left the store with my new Boomerang, they make sure it was adjusted correctly and a perfect fit. How great to find a store that appreciates customers and actually makes you feel welcome in their store! They also have great bike racks! Sure glad I took their recommendation and added it to my purchase. If you want a Pedego this is the place to buy.

I never thought I’d spend what we did for our e bikes. But we’re so happy we did!! Meeting and hammering out a deal with Chuck and Nancy was a real pleasure. They are two knowledgeable, fair, patient, kind and loving individuals. As for the Boomerang and accessories...they are pretty cool as well!!! Chuck helped me load the bikes onto the rack which fit my truck perfectly. We were able to take them home the same day. They have a big inventory of e bikes and in addition to the e bikes they also have e bike racks and accessories. We brought our bikes home and 12 miles later...we are in love!! Chuck & Nancy made the whole experience easy, comforting, and enjoyable. We highly recommend you come and try them out for yourselves. You won’t regret it!!! See you guys on the road!!!! :)
