DICK'S Sporting Goods

Went to pick out a bicycle for Christmas for my daughter today.
They still have a great selection unlike most other stores which are out of stock on nearly every bicycle.

Brady was great and helped to check out that the bike she chose was ready to go. He also kept it in the back so I could pick it up later and help keep some of the Christmas surprise

The store was nice and clean and stocked well. but I couldn't find anyone to help until I approached this screen on a mailbox stick and when I tried to scan the bar code. It did not work. Out of nowhere, this guy appears!! He said I could scan that for you. If this instrument you installed is not going to assist the customer! Why install it! Major fail on the stores part and a waste of time on the customers part!

Joshua very helpful purchasing a basketball net. Super nice guy. Hoping delivery does not take too long. I like this store.

“Manager”? Bruce lacks professionalism and customer service. I had come to the store for assistance with a bat warranty. Bruce was less than helpful and made me feel undervalued as a customer. Interestingly the Daytona Beach store was super helpful, found my purchase and helped me with next steps.

Had an amazing customer service experience from the rep Antonio in the shoe section of the store. He was able to answer all my questions and present us with options and help select the right shoe for my son, definitely appreciate his help and expertise!

Tom, the golf pro shop manager at the Sanford store, was extremely helpful and courteous to me when I came to pick up my order. I will be coming here first for my future golf needs from now on and I will look for Tom!

They have a lot of things, clothing is really nice with great variety. Service is not great. We were looking at the ellipticals with plans on buying one, but only were they were super dusty and not all in great condition, we spent probably 15-20 minutes there and nobody offered any assistance.

I want to recommend this store if you are looking for service!! I went in intending to buy a good pair of shoes. I was immediately greeted by Luke who asked if he could help. I told him what I was looking for and I was a bit confusing in what I was saying. He patiently told me to take my time, he asked me questions and listened to my answers and pointed me to a shoe. I told him I was interested in inserts also and he showed and explained all the different types of inserts they have. After trying everything on the fit was perfect and he told me about the app for the store and how you can get points and save money. What I thought was going to be a frustrating Trying to sort through everything turned out to be a pleasant experience. Luke went above and beyond with customer service. I would go back to this specific store so I could deal with him again if I needed something. I was further surprised by Checking out and Antonio helped me get the app going and check out was easy. Employees like Luke and Antonio are priceless! Good job!
