National Assemblers

I know longer work wit the company though i wish i still did. Ziggy is a wonderful regional and far as i know and saw he help me out a lot. kumo is a project manger that seems means and grumpy but once you get to know him you see he means good and want the A+ version of you and not your A- or A but greatness. So people who on here saying its a bad company to work for is a lie. This is actually a company that sees your hard work and give you a chance to move up instantly. Like i said i know longer work here but would love to start back ASAP

I enjoy working with National Assemblers the atmosphere is great. The people are so caring and your treated like family, very bubbly personalities. I always feel appreciated by the Account Managers, After Hours Operators along with Upper Management everyone is always willing to assist. NAI has appreciation for the worker with lots of different incentives with bonuses opportunities, your given the time off to spend it with your family during the holiday. NAI pays for training so you can better yourself. When your work environment is great makes you look forward in working each day.

I have been with NAI for a few years as an Account Manager. They have taught me to how to be a great Manager and a great leader. I love working with the amazing team in the office and in the field.

Awesome Company, love my team they are nothing short of amazing. pay is good and always on time. Everyone I've worked with has been super friendly and understanding.

Had an experience with John from national assemblers who assembles bikes at the North East Walmart in Maryland. He went above and beyond helping me with the bike I purchased. I had to return it due to a flat front tire. There were no other bikes like it for sale so he offered to fix the front tire and then we could repurchase the bike. He did all the work, but because it was purchased online Walmart customer service was not able to sell it back to me. I leave Walmart and about 20 min later he calls to let us know he was able to get a ticket printed to repurchase this bike. He is truly a lifesaver as this bike was for my sons birthday which is today! He really did go above and beyond for us to get this bike for our son. We are so grateful! Thank you John!!

Terrible management as far as regional project managers and payroll managers this company is known for breach of contract issues u will most definitely have to file a complaint with the department of labor to recieve your funds they will not look at your timesheet of hours worked when u clock in and clock out instead they go off of what your project managers says about your hours that was worked

Working at NAI has been a great experience. We all share the Servant Leadership culture and philosophy in which the goal of the leader is to serve. A servant leader shares power, puts the needs of the employees first and helps people develop and perform as highly as possible. I traveled from all 4 corners of Co., Wy., Ne., we are looking for very interested, hard working people, sometimes work long hours, & travel some. If you have some mechanical skills is a plus..
