Fantastic experience, we are thinking about buying scooters In Naples and wanted to try first. Gentleman at the counter was super nice and helpful explaining everything about the scooter to my wife. Super easy to start, operate, stop and park. Drove all around the island, parked at the Marriott and had a drink, then drove some more. Other cool vehicles there if you want to bring
kids. Highly recommend...

We had used you last year so all the records we’re on file, which made it extremely easy to rent via a phone call. Bikes were dropped off in a timely manner. Bikes were in very good condition.
We had a pleasant week riding around Marco and will definitely rent again on our next visit!!

The staff who who answered my call was extremely helpful. After listening to my husband's need made a recommendation that was extremely helpful. My hubby enjoyed the two weeks of use of the Mobility device. It was there when we arrived and picked up after we were finished using it. Will definitely rent from them again.

Island Bike Shop has been our go-to bike rental for years when we come to Marco visiting my parents. This trip in particular was a little wonky. I arrived with my one son on a Saturday and my husband arrived the next Monday with my other son. Island Bike was able to easily accommodate us and combine our rentals. As a matter of fact, we had the idea of renting a tandem only to realize it was a no-go...we just couldn't get the swing of it. Island Bike easily converted the rentals to 4 single bikes. The even let us extend our day to deliver our bikes. Very responsive, great group of guys behind the counter who are friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help load the bikes. Highly recommend! Will be back for many years to come!

Enjoyed my day of cycling around the island. I rented a hybrid to exercise, and cycled 20 miles from the shop. There are bike lanes and several shared trails. I went back and rented an e-bike for some pleasure riding. It’s a good island to cycle on.

First they repaired my own bicycle instantly when I walked in. We went back a couple of days later to rent a bike for my daughter. Very good to deal with. Price was reasonable. Bike worked perfectly. Will return to deal with them again.

Great service, fast and efficient, prices are fantastic. My wife and I had blast biking around Marco island, it’s a great way to stay safe and have a few drinks in different local bars in the area.
