Santos Bike Shop

The staff here was absolutely amazing. They really took their time to help me find the right bike, I would highly recommend this shop for any bike needs.

Most friendly bike shop I’ve ever been in. Used the shop to right bikes to ride trails out back. Bikes were great and (Ethan?) was super helpful and talkative and made us from Michigan fee the most welcome to ride. I rented for myself and 11yo and my brother in-law had their bikes from Michigan. On of my nephew’s bike needed a fix mid ride so they rod the convenient trail bike to the shop and the maintenance guys fixed it sight on seen - I feel this doesn’t happen often. Also explained everything going on.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The shop is just a short ride away from the main Santos trails. Very accessible and you can park you car at the shop if you rent a bike there.

I was super impressed to be helped by the owner of the place and didn't realize it until I came back days later to pick up the rental. I never felt uncomfortable just having a conversation trying to help me pick a good bike to purchase. I am still looking and trying to decide, but I realized that renting one was the best way to go.
Knowing that they will take off the rental fee of one rental ($30) off the purchase of a new bike is pretty cool as well.

What I am trying to work out is the fact that the bike I want is not in stock, so I have to buy it online (pay shipping and fees), so the $30 does not come off the bike, but might be credited towards other purchases.

I am trying to see if I want to do that.

Thank you guys so much for fixing my inner tube and tube. I got new inner tube and new tire and they feel great. You all had done a marvelous job taking care of my bike. I would definitely pass it along and definitely coming back to this location. Great job guys. Keep up the good work!

The service was fantastic ! Kevin helped me so much to get my street bike comfortable and running great. The shop was full of great stuff and I even bought an affordable helmet. The lovely lady at the counter was friendly and helpful and she kept me company while Kevin fixed my bike on the spot. I'll definitely go back again and thank you all for a great experience ! Cindy.

Great prices for rentals and trail starts in back of shop. Staff was more than accommodating to bike size needed and helmet. We just wish they had a Santos bike trail magnet for our fridge, we gathered a monster pine cone instead to remember our memory. Ty Santos bike shop, you 🎸.

Awesome family run bike shop. Been in a lot of bike shops. I wish they were all like this one! Owners deeply engage with nearly every customer that they can. Staff is knowledgeable, attentive, & friendly. Repairs are done in a timely manner. Need riding recommendations? They won't steer you wrong (some shops seriously will). Accessory/clothing stock is adequate. Trail from the shop to the nearby trail network. Please help support well run local shops like this one!

This place was awesome! The process of renting our bikes online was super easy and self-explanatory. The service once we reached the shop was wonderful. Very attentive and helpful staff. Chris and the rest of the staff were really good about answering any questions we had. We had an amazing time on the trail and will definitely be coming back!
