Had a great Jet ski tour with Captain Garrett. Our son struggled with steering the Jet ski at first and Garrett did a great job getting him comfortable with the Jet ski. Was a lot of fun running through the mangroves. Looking forward to renting from them again.

I had ordered a bike with baby seat rental so our whole family could go for a ride! They were so quick and quiet I never knew they came to drop the bike other than a text which was perfect because my son was napping! It was comfortable for me and my son, he talked about the bike and riding the rest of our trip! Highly recommend and quality service!

Did the jet ski tour with Capt Garret and had an awesome time. Garret was thorough with his safety and directions which allowed us to feel comfortable and have a great time on the water. We rented two jet skis for a family of four and it was an experience that you won't get anywhere else. The Dolphins, Dome houses, nature and the Capt all made the tour worth every penny spent. If you want to rent from the best then don't go anywhere else!

It was my first time riding a jet ski, and I plan to do so again before the summer is out. The entire time, I felt safe and secure. The jet ski was incredible, very user-friendly. The price was reasonable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They took the time to explain everything in detail and address all of my concerns because I was nervous. I highly recommend Marco Island Jet Ski!

Booked kayak rentals weeks in advance twice. Once in July for my daughter’s graduation gift. Gave them another try for my birthday. Marco Island Bike Rentals canceled 1.5 hours before we were to meet both times. Thus preventing us from re booking with another service. Laziness, possibly….poor customer service absolutely. Twice work schedules were changed and child care secured. Twice we were left without kayaks. If you want to actually see a kayak I would suggest you book somewhere else.

Very cool, very nice people. I rented a jet ski for an hour to play with my young daughter. They were quick to respond and answered all of my questions before they came out. The staff was extremely friendly! And my daughter and I had a great time! Thank you so much!

My boyfriend and I came to Marco Island to spend some time on the water. Marco Island Bike Rentals was recommended by a friend who rented here last year, so I decided to give them a shot. Their prices were reasonable, and their staff was attentive and friendly! Our jet skis were nice and exactly what we needed. Overall, the best experience! If you want to rent a jet ski while on vacation, Marco Island Bike Rentals is the company to call.
