Rarely do I have interactions in the biking community that truly have no flaws in our a five out of five. Chris from Play Tri fort Walton has made my experience buying an Argon E-119 tri + seemless being in Chattanooga and finding a bike for sticker on bikeexchange.com I was expecting to ship it up and then have to pay someone to assemble it. Chris offered instead to take time out of his Sunday to drive it all the way up when asking for accessories she gave artist as well as expert feedback as to what would be the best option to fit me. He was truly aiming to provide a good experience and have me happy with my bike, not pushing any agenda along the way. Although there are many other bike shops closer to me, I will always use Chris and his team for any future needs.

Took my Hollandia Royal Dutch Classic to them after going to another bike shop, where I was told they couldn't assist me. The team here was able to not only find the part I needed, but completed the repair in good time and fair price. Highly recommend!

Chris at Playtri was extremely helpful in getting my nearly acquired tri- bike properly fitted while taking extra time to answer my novice-like questions and explaining a lot about carbon frames and wheels. He’s very patient and of course knows his stuff. I highly recommend their service and expertise

Chris was very helpful and knowledgable. However all the people I've met during my several visits to the store were great. I'll be back. I recommend that everyone with an interest in bicycles visit this shop, too.

The mechanic went above and beyond to fix badly rubbing disc brakes on my TT bike, on the same day (I think he even did some research because my bike make is pretty uncommon here in America).
Very good shop, super helpful people.

Great place to get a bike. Chris helped me find a xxxsmall Pinerallo bike and helped me pick the tires , SRAM eTap and other accessories It was delivered and set up by kitzuma, who did a fantastic job.
