Frenchie's Bicycle

Our friend recommended this place and we were not disappointed! We came in to get a new bike for our son’s birthday and Jay immediately knew what size to show him! And gave him a free bottle holder as a birthday gift! When we were leaving, he even helped us set the bike up in our car rack! Prices are decent and selection is great! We will sure co to ir to recommend this place!

Our experience with Frenchie's was excellent! It was a special occasion and big deal for my daughter's 1st big girl bike. Frenchie was wonderful, kind, caring and was able to answer all our questions and find her a perfect bike for her height. My almost 4yr old left with a huge smile on her face, she requested a bell and some streamers & he made that happen for her! She is So happy with her Birthday present from Great-grandma. She rode the bike all around the neighborhood with no issues excited to show her neighbors her new ride! I recommend this warm family like and professional bike shop to anyone! We are very happy customers. I will be back with my bike for a tune up! 😊

This is my second time at Frenchies and I got to tell you they do not disappoint I had them do a bike tune up on my lectric ebike but they went above and beyond my expectations as they did the first time. Reason I came back Mr. Frenchie was awesome as usual and Jay was hilarious as usual they basically did a overhaul on my bike they change the derailleur fix and adjusted my brakes put on a new bike chain a new kickstand and made sure everything was in working order and above they cleaned and wipe down the bike and always fully transparent with everything I was so please I bought them all lunch, again thank you for everything and I will be in touch for my future bike needs two thumbs-up I also forgot to mention that they replaced the two tires and innertube they are class act.

2.50/5 The service was good and fair, however the price was over double what i expected. I went for a partial tune up, tires and brake tightening/adjusting; I was charged as if I had taken a new BMW
- - If you are looking for a good service and a ridiculous price, this place is your best option.
To summarize, I have no complaints on the Service. But to say I approved the work, is incorrect. I was not given an estimate of the complete service, therefore I had no opportunity to approve it or not. Be well also.

I came in to have my son's brake pad put on it took him under 5 minutes and he charged me $42. Way over my head. We used our own parts also. Can't even imagine how he came up with such a high price.not my first time getting bikes fixed so I have a general idea of what something like that should have cost.

What a great bike shop! This is the place to bring all your bikes. Jay is helpful and unbelievable when it comes to knowledge and service. I went to a couple other bike shops. They told me they dont work on department store bikes. My Schwinn is 30 years and was NOT a department store back then. Five star service here.

What a fine group of gentlemen with deep knowledge of bikes and superb customer service. I brought my Craigslist purchased Trek 520 in to get gravel tires put on and was so pleased with the service and feedback on the bike(they confirmed I got a great deal and that the bike was in good condition). Will be back when I need a tune up!

What an amazing experience! I purchased two great bikes for my kids and signed them up for refresher bike lessons with Frenchie. Not only was Frenchie amazing with my kids but, he was also patient and kind to them. My kids accelerated with his teachings and graduated, diploma and all! If you are looking for an all around positive bike experience, skip the big chain store and online shopping, and ONLY go to Frenchie’s!
