We rented three scooters for five hours and unfortunately one broke down on a hill as we were approaching a bridge. We called them for service and they said we needed to return it. WHAT? After numerous tries we got it started and headed right back and of course it died AGAIN. They did give us keys to another one but with no apology or sympathy. When we returned at the end of our time I asked if we could get at least a small compensation and his response was a laugh. Very POOR customer service.

So I had this crazy idea to rent some scooters and a golf cart to buzz around marco and see the sights, everybody else was, well less than enthused about the idea.. Well as it turned out EVERYBODY had a blast and it was one of the funnest things we did.. Only thing I'd change is instead of four hours we should have just rented them for the whole day...

We had 20 family members come to town for a wedding and they wanted to rent bikes. The shop had several types of bikes to rent anywhere from single speed to e-bikes and road bikes. They provided locks baskets and helmets all for no additional fee. Also included was a great map of the island of where to ride and also all the bike lanes as well as beach access points and shopping areas! The customer service was great and we will be back to rent from them next time. They also do offer free delivery and pickup if needed.

Rented a motor scooter for 5 hrs. We rode around marco and saw all the sights and never had to worry about finding parking. We even rode to goodland and it was no problem. Most fun per dollar on marco island by far

Super easy rentals for bikes, trikes, mopeds, go carts, and more! The employees were super nice and gave a cool relaxed vibe to the place. Even changing up a bike rental to a trike rental to a go cart rental was no trouble! I thoroughly enjoyed riding the go cart around even with a downpour halfway through the day, added just the right amount of thrill! So much fun!

While on vacation I rented a roadbike to take a few spins around the island. Online rental process was very easy and their customer service was great. Hunter is the man... He made the pick up a fun experience and put on my pedals quickly and provided a couple quick routes around the island. Would highly recommend using them for a beach cruiser or a road bike!

Took my bike to Scootertown today. The back wheel broke while I was riding through soft sand yesterday. Scootertown quickly identified the problem, fixed it with a few turns of a wrench and I was on my way with my bike in perfect working condition, all for a nominal fee. Thank you Scootertown!
