Ben and the guys are the very best at what they do. They know literally everything about bikes and are so kind and patient. I really appreciate all the community work they do, especially trail maintenance at Wickham. It doesn't matter if you have 100 or 1000000 dollars to spend, Ben and the crew will help you find the right bike or accessories. I love this place!

Always excellent service and knowledgeable about the questions I have. I previously had both my road bike and mountain bike serviced for gear shifting issues and they came back like new. Both bicycles were previously purchased here and they are still in top condition because of the maintenance they performed. I sent my brother there when he came to visit he had a flat tire and he was also pleased with the expedient service for his ebike . Keep up the great work.

The bike selection was great! I was assisted by Ben, who was wonderful. He helped to pick out the perfect bike for my daughter and was very pleasant through the entire process. Good costumer service is hard to come by these days and Bob's bicycles seems to have it. Well done!! We will be back soon for a bike for another family member.

In my opinion Ben and Bob's Bicycle Shop is the best in Brevard County. Ben is cordial, professional, and an expert in every aspect of our sport. In short, I have been dealing with them for over 15 years and they have never let me down. Truly outstanding support across the board.

My sister and I visited Bob's Bicycle Shop with the intention to research E-Bikes. I had already done some basic research and know what I wanted so I was able to answer the some basic questions/preferences. I also knew how I wanted to ride the bike. Ben, who was helping us suggested trying the Townie Go! 7D Step-Thru for a test ride. After he make a few adjustments to the bike to fit me I went on my first test ride. I returned a few times to have Ben make a few basic adjustments and I really liked the Townie Go. I went home to checkout the colors available and left Ben a voice message on my preference and was later informed they already had one in stock. Ben said they would unbox and put the bike together and I could come for another test ride. It was prefect and loved the color in person. I decided to buy the bike and got some other accessories. I am a happy camper.I received great advice and service from Bob's Bicycle Shop. Ben and staff answered all my questions and installed all the accessories prior to leaving the shop with my new bike. The shop is full of bikes so there is plenty of choices if you are looking for a new bike. Thank you Ben and staff.

I was visiting from out of town. I rented a road bike from Bob's for a week-plus and the service, cost, and support were exceptional. And they're incredibly friendly and approachable too. A really excellent bike shop. Much appreciated. This is the second time I've done a week-long rental from Bob's and I'll be back again.

Have bought many bikes, products and services here. Always friendly and knowledgeable! They are your local shop not a generic chain. Support local! That allows them to be there when you need them.
They support and sponsor many activities, events, rides and clubs. Get involved and get to know them. Definitely shop here. You won't be disappointed and your support gives them the means to keep supporting the bicycling community.

I rented a Trek road bike for the Captain Hiram's Triathlon & couldn't be more satisfied! They took care of me from start until finish. You're able to pick-up a rental or they will bring it to you day of race, then take it from you post race. Super easy & efficient. The bike I used was in tip top condition, I had zero issues. I do recommend going into the shop to get fitted (I live in Vero Beach & took the quick trip), even if you do not plan to take the bike with you. I however took the bike with me to practice. Post race they have a tent where you can easily drop it off! A family owned business with the best customer service. I'd highly recommend & will definitely go back! Side note: they have a ton of bikes to purchase, as well as apparel & more! THANK YOU BOB'S BIKES!!!!
