Seriously the best cpr class I’ve ever done in my life! Shawn is phenomenal at what he does and managed to make the hours fly by. It was informative, engaging, and very fun to be a part of. The class was good, but not the best I've been to. I had let my certification lapse for several years, and they went too fast for me. Also, the first aid training is just watching a video.

It was a amazing experience! I was very scared at first but as soon as you start with participating it gets very better!! And it is very one on one experience any questions will be answered and it really is a team effort! Sylvia is an amazing person to really work with!

STAY AWAY.

This was the first site/center that popped up during my Google search. I saw 1,000+ reviews; the website looked legitimate so I decided to schedule a class. Upon finding a class and placing the order, I was given the option to pay an extra $19.95 to have unlimited attempts to pass the quiz and to have 2 year access to my BLS card (?!?!). Seemed sketchy so I closed out and went with another provider. I did not receive a confirmation email so I assumed I wasn't charged for the class. I checked my email and credit card the next day and saw that the email and payment pending. I scheduled the class a week out, so I reached out to the company to cancel for a refund amicably. They responded that classes are NON-REFUNDABLE. There was no such statement at any point of scheduling the class. When I informed them of such, they offered a 50% refund. I didn't want to write this review, but as I have to now file a charge dispute with my credit card company, I felt like I had to protect others from this same treatment.

I scheduled my class with Texas Heart CPR. Please go there instead and don't get scammed into $20 to have access to your BLS card.

Sylvia was fantastic! She's so personable and knowledgeable. She sets a relaxed and fun atmosphere. There's no dumb questions, and she offers great guidance. 10/10 would recommend.
