We tried to handle this without embarrassment or any further inconvenience to clients or former clients. In this case the complaint is coming from a person who is in the courts systems for domestic violence. No man has a right to put their hans on a woman. in some cases men refuse help and and are arrested by a 911 call. and because their women are abused and forced to drop charges the state picks these issues up and successfully prosecutes them as perpetrators and their names are placed in a statewide data base to track them. When these people come to us we try to help them and inform them, but because they have an abusive mindset they resist real help and refuse guidelines. These people do not understand this will be on their record and if the employer finds out their employment could be terminated!

We do not tolerate perpetrators accusing us when they have the criminal record. Domestic abuse is a felony in the state of Texas. The charge is public record for all to see as well as the accounts and police report. I encourage anyone to do research when felons "cry wolf" They should be prosecuted especially if they refuse treatment and continue to hide their abuse of innocent women and children.

We did not know about this false allegation until a strictly proactive client mentioned it! We thought at first that it was about us but the client signed up anyway! Their concern was they did not want to be in the class with that person. We quickly explained that we do not have criminals in our classes and that they would be in a positive class without such elements as that. These people were business owners and since paid for the classes and graduated successfully to handle their challenges. It would seem sad to know people refuse help because they would rather continue abusing women and children rather then be a real man and get help. Its simple we set up classes and schedule we do not offer refunds because people get cold fee in the middles of the process of getting started... there is no refund,,, they did not buy a washing machine they purchased services, services that were being rendered with a strict no refund policy!

We hope the wives and children of people like this man who made false statements to give us a black eye. We hope the wife and children are safe! Meanwhile they process through Dallas County Probation! A scary thought, hat to run into this person driving a truck!! After 12 years we will continue to help men who really need help. We see almost 200men a year with challenges in professional settings. however we have a zero tolerance for the kind of behavior exhibited here.

This group offers sessions for stress management as well. The classes incorporates psychology and sociology behind the personal relationships, work relationships, and every day relationships one has. Ask for Jay, he makes class interesting and positive.

Oh! It's your staff that writes the reviews. That's cute. So, I missed a class, one class. They informed me I needed to pay 35 dollars- a clause hidden somewhere in fine print- which I didn't have that day. Anyways, they kicked me out before I could come up with the $35 and kept the $800 I paid. May not seem like much to you but I'm an ex-con putting my life back together. That's 3 weeks of my life. The sad part is they won't even respond now that I am no longer 'a client," I'm sure they help some people- it's cognitive behavioral therapy which is good- but I just wanted someone in their office to be human and understand that 35 dollars is a big deal for some of us. Instead, they yelled at me and hung up on me and decided to stop responding.
