As a restoration contractor, Bryan and Dallas Floor and Remodel are a blessing to our business. It eases my mind knowing that after we tear out a floor, we have them lined up to get the customer back home. Bryan is very knowledgeable and his attention to detail is outstanding. He is a pleasure to work with and displays amazing customer service for our mutual clients. We always look forward to working with him on a project.

Extremely pleased with the work that Brian and his crew did. Customer service was above and beyond. I choose a flooring that Brian didn't carry but he ordered it for me. I had an unknown sub floor problem that Brian's team was able to address and fix quickly. The best part of the experience is that Brian was at the job site daily to make all work was done properly and that everything was communicated properly. The final product is beautiful . I couldn't be happier.

I live in a very nice apartment in North Plano. Our floor is a luxury vinyl plank. When moving some furniture recently I also ran a few scratches across the floor...some were significant. Bryan at Dallas Floor & Remodel was able to offer some sound advice on a great way to fix the flooring. Great advice and service from a great local flooring company.

We had Bryan and his crew tear out carpet in our dining room and replace it with hardwood floors to match the rest of the house. The bid was fair and the work was completed on time. The stain matched the rest of the house perfectly, and his crew was fast, courteous and professional. The quality of the work is amazing.

I would not recommend Dallas Floor & Remodel based upon our experience working with Bryan. While I am satisfied with the work that was actually completed in our bathroom renovation, my shower remains unfinished, despite the fact that what still needs to be done was outlined in our initial contract and Bryan was paid in full. My husband and I are first time homeowners and new to the world of remodels and renovations. We feel that Bryan took advantage of that, and made sure he was compensated before essentially ghosting us 3 weeks ago. Now we are left to spend even more money finding someone to complete the work Bryan started. At least we can say we've learned a great deal from this experience and won't be making the same mistakes in the future!

Dallas Floor & Remodel replaced a large section of our wood floor that had water damage. We decided to change from smooth to hand-scraped, and go with a darker stain than before. Bryan was great about working with us around other things we had going on that impacted our schedule. He made some great suggestions along the way, and the crew he uses is very professional and skilled. We're very happy with the results.

Got a quote on Monday, team started demo and install Thursday and it was done that Saturday. We replaced 1100 sq ft of tile/carpet with water resistant laminate and new base boards. The install team was so quick and professional. Happy we had Bryan find the right guys for the job.
