Im not sure what else can go wrong, the other shoe hasnt fallen yet...fabric not properly ordered, 2 panels missing, panels to short, several panels to long, missing hardware, installer always late, schedules to much work on opposite side of town...need I continue...nice people but business processes needs refinement, communication is none existent...

B&K Interior Fabrics reupholstered my chair. They did a perfect job and it was finished quickly. I have already sent a friend to them and she is thrilled to be working with these professionals.

Beautiful fabrics, good prices, great workmanship. Rebecca and her team are really good to work with.

I wish I could give no star at all! Please stay away from this place. My 2 panels were missing and Rubaica made me pay for that. She just hanged them on either side and did not bother to sew them with existing curtains:(( Also She ordered a cheaper velvet than what I chose so please cut out swatch for your reference. She used cheapest possible hardware and curtain rods so it started falling off and bending after a while. She doesn't reply or pickup phone either. Each time I had to drive 20 minutes to talk to her. Remember Rubaica is a big cheat.

I would advise anyone who is considering using this place, DON'T. Rebecca convinced me that she could redo a custom King sized comforter and pillow set into a Queen. Promised to have it ready in about 2 weeks. After allowing 3 weeks to pass, I called to check the status. Anna told me on several occasions that Rebecca wasn't there at the moment and that she would relay the message to her and she would call me back. When she didn't call me back, I drove to the store to find out what was going on. Eventually she confessed that Rebecca was in the hospital and someone else was completing the work that Rebecca hadn't finished. I asked to take a look at what was done and most of it was a very unprofessional/amateur job. Some professional designers that use them walked in at the time and agreed with me on the quality of work and some of it should be redone. Anna said that Rebecca would be back soon and redo it. We discussed the issues for at least 2 hours and everything was settled (so we thought). The next day when I called Anna, she told me that Rebecca would be in the hospital for about a month or two and they could not find anyone qualified to finish the work. They agreed to refund the 50% that I had paid upfront but I knew that it would be difficult to find someone willing to redo/refinish something that someone had already started and taken apart. I even agreed to wait until Rebecca came back to redo and finish the work. They outright refused to finish the job.

The owner in this place lies, charges huge amounts and the work is not safe and reliable. They will talk nice at first, but damage will be done by the time you realize

I love this fabric store! Just dropped off a window seat foam for a cover and bolster.
