The place is not the most organized or pretty of the dollar trees, but I am giving it a 5 stars with the hope that management will see this review!
Your employee WENDY made all the difference in the world! She greets you with a smile and she is super kind and attentive! Even if the customer is rude or doesn’t even speak the same language she is still welcoming with a great demeanor and very professional!
Thank you!!!

The employees are helpful, friendly, professional & work well together to get people threw the checkout process faster. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the size of the store. It's small like the stores when they first opened years ago. You won't find a wide selection of food here and no cold items. There is only 1 coke cooler by the register, that hold only cokes in a can. But other than the obvious restraint on what they can stock due to size, it's a nice store for the grab and go Dollor Tree offers.

This store is understaffed. I go this past weekend and there is a line all the way back 3 aisles. After 30 min in the line I get up to the front cashier and say where’s all the other staff? Lady says “I’m the only one here”. It’s 3 pm on a weekend. Like seriously dollar tree hire someone else! That’s such nonsense.

We visited the Dollar Tree in Addison and we were jollyfully greeted by Gayla. She was very helpful and extremely speedy checking us out! 💜

I'm here at 9:48. Doors are locked. It says they close at 10 so why is store already closed?? Lady inside says the "computers tell her it's already 10". Yeah right. Will be reporting this to corporate. All I needed was some cheap candy for table decor.

THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! It is organized chaos. The staff here are "Dollar Zombies." They are rude, look at you with a distant stare and some of them smell. Dollar will hire ANYONE who walks by. If you have to go here fine. Take some mace and a crucifix. A baseball bat would be good. Oh and don't touch anything. Take a long hot shower after. You may have picked up some BUGS while at Dollar 🤔

This store looked promising when I entered the store — they had the items I needed and all was good but when I got to the register my impression of the place definitely changed. The young man at the register began talking to the other cashier about que questionable career choices, then the lady cashier bragged about previously being a “madam and in charge of several girls”. I couldn’t care less what type of work she’s into, but speaking of it in the manner it was being spoken is just HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, not to mention INAPPROPRIATE. The man also praised an older man who came in the store for not wearing a mask like it was some kind of fantastic accomplishment. He then proceeded to tell him a story of a woman who “attacked” him for wearing his mask incorrectly, even though their door has a sign that CLEARLY states EVERYONE should be wearing a mask. All I can say, is if you want to stay safe from this virus and do your part — DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE.

Usually good, but today the cashier had decided he was too good for a mask. Signs in the store say all associates and customers must wear a mask, but obviously he's above the rules.
I will not be returning.
