I just love Tyler Grace Auctions! Super friendly, excellent service, go above and beyond what is expected. They are super fun to check out each auction since you never know what they will have! Every auction has some hidden gems that I always seem to find I cannot live without!!

I have used Tyler Grace Auctions several times when I was downsizing my “stuff” at home and wanted to see if I could maybe earn some money back rather than donating everything to charity. I took some items to their location and their staff was very pleasant and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with how much some of my items sold for at online auction, and they paid me promptly. I took more items for them to sell at online auction and also had a great experience. I would definitely recommend them.

Seller take note of contract specifics re different commissions!

I was in touch by phone with the staff here a couple of months in advance in order to understand the process and options. We also had written communication. Never once was I told to go on-line and look at the one page contract. I was merely told that, if I delivered the items myself, the commission would be 25%. This is also in writing. However, when I received my check the enclosed commission information had changed. If an item sells for less than $10 the commission is 50%. When I questioned this I was told that I should have looked at the contract. I was never even told that the one page I signed for inventory was a contract. They were in a hurry to unload the boxes and simply told me that it was for the inventory, a detailed list of which I had emailed, and I never received a copy of this one page until after I questioned the amount I received. It never occurred to me that their verbal and written communication before the sale was not the entire truth.

Don't use their 3rd party shipping because they won't answer the phone nor return phone calls, and you will still be responsible for picking up your item within 3 days of winning bid. A prior shipment took over a month to ship and I'm only 180 miles away. I used to be a happy customer when picking up myself, but shipping experience has been very poor.

I strongly caution against doing business with this auction house. They do a lot of "in home" auctions that are conducted online where the bidders are not allowed to preview the lots. After you win, you are sent an address to pick up your goods. Twice now I have not received goods I have paid for. The first time was in May 2021 and I drove 3 hours round trip to get to the house. The house was in a HOA gated community and there was some type of civil disturbance involving damaged grass and the police were called. After some back and forth with an employee on the phone, and a wasted hour where I waited to see if things would calm down, I was told no one else would be allowed in. I was also told that my items would be taken to Tyler Grace's auction house in Addison. This proved to be false as the main item I wanted was later refunded. I wasted a half a day and a bunch of gas, but it was simply, "sorry". I did not appreciate being lied to either. A little over a year later I decided to take another chance and bid on an auction once again. I was wary but I hoped the last experience was a fluke. Unfortunately, I was disappointed once again. I drove half an hour away only to be told that my items could not be located. I deduced that they allowed someone else to steal my stuff, because people were going in and out unsupervised. I eventually got a refund for the items but I will never shop with this company again. It's incredibly bad business practices to not have proper supervision to make sure the items people buy are secure. Twice now they have wasted my time and gas money. Sorry doesn't cut it. If you choose to buy from them be aware that its a toss of a coin whether you will get the things you buy, and be prepared to have your time wasted.

Very pleased! I just won my first auction and everything went smoothly! When I called to find out how I get my item, the customer service was top notch! Answered all my questions, and didn't rush me off the phone. Very happy with Tyler Grace!

I shop a lot of auctions and Tyler Grace is one of my favorites. They are professional and friendly. Pick ups are usually on Saturday or Sunday which I appreciate as I am out of town. Their items are always on point. I have never bought an item that I was disappointed in. I highly recommend them.
