My boyfriend and I were looking for a new mattress that could help us with our backpain. Sokree was our seller, he guided us through the process of choosing the best for our needs. The service was great and they delivered and install our new bed in less than a week (the waiting time is usually about 14 days). After 2 weeks of using our amazing mattress our back pain is gone, and also we just received a refund due to a great deal that he found for us! We highly recommend this place to anyone 😊

I went to visit the store located off beltline near the toll. The salesman I spoke with was really nice and friendly. Matthew was his name. He asked me a few questions to find out what I was looking for. I tried out a few beds until I was able to narrow it down to two. I was indecisive so the young salesman gave me a coin because I told him that's how I make a final decision. I am happy with my choice and it didn't take long at all.

In the store Dorien Williams helped us through the different brands and the pros and cons of each. Once we decided on what we liked he told us about the different options for the base. Overall he was super helpful and not pushy at all. We didn't make the purchase right away because we wanted to think about it... We ultimately came back to make the purchase with Dorien because the way he treated us compared to other stores. The delivery team was awesome. Arrived early, put on protective covers on their shoes and made sure the install was all good.

People friendly environment, no hassle, no hustle. Strictly business. Great experience, excited to have a more comfortable mattress. Dorien helped me as soon as I walked through the door. Didn't waste time and knew what was a match for me. Budget wise and understood my situation.

Dorien was extremely helpful in assisting us with finding the right mattress. He walked us through the showroom and described the different technologies and materials used in each. He was also extremely patient with us when we took our time making a decision.

Sokree was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining the health benefits associated with the mattresses and bases. He stayed well past closing to assist me in upgrading my firm Stearns and Fosters mattress and base. I've had my King Beautyrest Black C-Class - 14.25" Medium Pillow Top mattress and 900 series adjustable base for 5 days now and I absolutely love it. The base has an anti-snore setting, lounge setting for removing tension, incline for watching TV, zero gravity for sleeping, lumbar support, 3 massage wave settings, USB ports on both sides, LED lights underneath and 3 different leg lengths to choose from for your desired height. This mattress and base combination is everything I need to feel comfortable after 11 surgeries and 23 years in the Army. They also have a 120-night pricematch. The team that delivered and setup the base and mattress were awesome as well and even happily changed the legs out after I was not happy with the height I chose.

Due to extensive water damage in our apartment we had to replace our mattress quickly. We started at mattress firm in Addison on Beltline west of DNT & had a horrible experience. The sales rep didn't acknowledge us when we walked in, I honestly thought there was no one there initially because he was not visible to us and did not say anything to us. We had done some research online before going into the store to ensure they would have mattresses that were within our budget. I explained what we were looking to spend and we were directed to one mattress. When I inquired about box spring/base options he began to list options and the additional prices but was unable to give me a total out the door price, I guess I was expected to be adding it up as he went along? Needless to say we left feeling very frustrated and feeling shamed for even having a budget. It was obvious the sales rep had no interest in helping us, even though we were the only customers in the store.
