Not a first timer for a Brazilian, but this was my first experience with hard wax AND with European Wax Center and I am SO very glad I gave it a shot. Shelby is awesome, keeps the conversation going, and made my appointment feel like it took all of 10 minutes, if that. She was very knowledgable with her work and I would definitely recommend seeing her. I am already booked to return. :)
