Worst pedicure experience I have EVER had. My toenail ripped off even after I REPEATEDLY told him I was in pain. He then dumped alcohol on my toe. I also paid for a 37$ pedi that came with a 10 minute massage...he didn't even rub my legs for 5 minutes. I complained to the manager, got no apology, and then was given 10% off as if that solved a horrible 100$ experience. Do not waste your time here. Overpriced, rude, and horrible experience. I wish I could leave no stars.

GREAT pedicure! I got the classic and it was perfect. Paint job was also very well done. The attendant up front wasn’t the friendliest, but the clinicians were WONDERFUL! Very skilled. Would 100% recommend. I read a lot of reviews before going and was nervous because some mentioned uncleanliness. It was one of the cleanest nail salons I’ve ever been to. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

I wait two weeks after giving a nail place a review. Lisa did a great job on my natural nails. My nails are 2 weeks old in the picture below and they look super fresh.

The first time I went, the two people who did my nails were fantastic but... Almost 2 weeks later, my nails started chipping. I never experienced this before and haven't done anything differently in my life to cause this. Well... last week I went in and the woman doing my nails was horrible. She was trying to have my bend my body in crazy ways to do my nails while my feet were being done. I asked her to stop and wait until my feet were done because I wasn't comfortable. She told me she would just go over to the other side of the chair so I wouldn't have to twist and stretch to reach her. WHATEVER! She still was yanking my hand around, twisting it... And mt nails look like I attempted doing them myself. They are thicker in areas and same as before... chipped. But this time they started chipping DAYS after I went. I will never go back. Whatever powder they are using is cheap or expired.

My second time with Ella was also amazing I absolutely love her attention to detail and she's super sweet and creative! BOOK WITH ELLA ESPECIALLY if you like your nails longer 👍🏽👌🏾❤️ She did great on my Christmas nails! Even though I'm a very basic person she still makes my nails look elegant and elevated 🤩🤩😍😍 as soon as I walked out I had a package to go pick up four separate people told me how much they liked my nails so you know the girl is amazing!!

I love this place !!!!! They never disappoint!! Always well taken cared of ..even when they are busy !!! They serve drinks and non alcoholic ones as well. Spa pedicures are DEFINITELY worth the price !! Tiffany , lily & brandy are my favoriteeee but everyone else there have great work as well

Urban Nail Bar in Addison is an awesome salon! The customer service is amazing and the environment is gorgeous! Very clean too! Tram did my coffin dip nails and they’re perfect. She really took her time and I’m so happy with how they came out! Her ombré dip is flawless! This will be my nail salon 🥰
