Staff and customers seem happy and relaxed. It was a staff member’s birthday and she shared her cake with everyone. My tech was patient, thorough and friendly: we had a good time laughing together, she didn’t cut me, and she massaged my feet very well.

I love this nail salon! KoKo is so sweet and professional. I really am a fan of her work, talent and style. I can’t wait to come back in for your new Pumpkin Spice pedicure this upcoming week and pamper myself.

Everyone is always so kind and does a wonderful job. I’ve been seeing Vee for several months now and I won’t go anywhere else!

I came in with a picture and it was not like the picture the nail tech kept trying to do something else and I told her that’s not like the pic so she had to take everything off and start over then she got mad because I told her it was not like the picture. I asked them before they started could they do that and they said yes that’s why I let them do my nails because I would have never sat down if they could not do what I wanted. Also the guy in charge had to come over because the tech was still messing up and as you can see the arches I took pictures of are not the same size and I showed the picture down below so you all can see what the picture suppose to look like and tell me if I’m trippin or it really did not look like the picture also I knew they did not have the bow that’s on the nail so I was not worried about that part. I will not be back my service was horrible and I forgot can’t you see some of the paint that’s still on the side of my fingers they suppose to clean all that up they cleaned it the first time and it still did not come all the way off.

I’ve been going here since July of 2019. I’ve been seeing Vy (Vee) and Lisa since, a few times Nate, and have recommended a few people that drive all the way from Arlington just because of the service and quality provided.

I absolutely love them and the other staff. It’s been amazing and won’t go anywhere else unless I move far. I highly recommend Nail Lounge and if you can get an appointment with Vy, Lisa, or Nate I highly recommend it!

Last Saturday, I was upset that the gel did not stay on well on top of the dip powder. First time to happen after coming here for a year.

I returned Monday after work and explained what happened. They stated in their policy within 10 days after receiving service. That they would fix it and correct the design.

Thank you Johnny and Snow for assisting me. I absolutely love the color and simple design.

I will return again. 🥰🥰
