Einstein’s bagels never disappoints! This location had a great selection of fresh bagels and the place was very clean. The staff were all friendly as well. I’m a plain bagel kind of person but they have a variety of breakfast and lunch bagels to choose from!

Bagels aren’t bad...but nothing beats a NY bagel. Their bagels are tasty but not chewy. They have a “cake”-like texture. Very soft...not as chewy as a New England bagel. They’re great if you like softer bread. Place wasn’t busy but not clean. Not one clean table in the whole place. Had to clean off our own table. It would be nicer if the dining area was better taken care of. Staff was relatively friendly. Bathrooms were clean.

Found fresh and wide variety of bagels with many choices of spreads. The staff were nice, the place is clean and well maintained.

Extremely bad service. I waited for over 30 minutes in the drive thru line at 7:00 AM despite there being only 1 other person in the line ahead of me. At the 20 minute mark I called in to the store to find out what the problem was. The person that answered told me, unapologetically, they had a large doordash order and only 2 employees working. How unacceptable for them and for me. You should be fully staffed in the mornings, customers that are in person and have the ability to tip your employees should be given preference over 3rd party delivery orders, and better upfront notice about the long waits should be given to a customer before you hold them hostage in a curb sealed drive thru line for over a half hour and ruin their day. Never again Einstein.

I wanted to try Einstains again, but I waited 45 mins in the drive thru trapped with lots of cars behind me and in front of me. Gas isn’t cheap and neither is Einstans. When I got to the window I got my food and it was cold and hard to chew. My dog wouldn’t even eat it. I had to throw it away in the garbage. Never again. STAY AWAY FROM EINSTEIN BAGELS the food is overpriced for being microwaved and the service is atrocious!!!

Worst Einsteins ever. Asked for toasted bagels, they didn’t toast them. Asked for a lox bagel, got a sliver. Coffee was weak af. Didn’t even have iced coffee. What are you doing, @einsteins?

I was there this morning and I ordered two bagels. I waited 45 minutes for two bagels. When I finally I asked where my food was, the employee said oh it’s ready, after I had been waiting so long. When I spoke to the manager they told me that they’re busy and after a minute hung up on me. If u want to order bagels from them take the day off bc you’ll need the whole day. If only I can leave zero stars…

I go here almost every day. I love that they have a drive thru. Coffee and my bagel are always good.
