Ordered my sons cake 1 week prior the day I needed it, I came to store to pick it up and it wasn’t ready ! I chose 12:00pm got there at 12:10pm came to find out I have to wait an additional 15 minutes. People have a fixed scheduled we don’t have the time to wait on you all just because you all can’t have an order ready by the time we need it !

My friend purchased a cookie cake for an anniversary at this location my son ended up choking from it because they had wax paper/ parchment paper in the whole cookie cake!!! She contacted the owner to ask for refund something to make this right and the owner laughed at her and said she was lying even though she sent proof. She also said it’s ok to eat parchment paper to her that it’s not a big deal even though my kid choked from it and I’ve never heard of anyone knowingly eating parchment paper? I own multiple businesses myself and have NEVER treated a customer in such a way. Wow just wow I was appalled when she told me what happened when she contacted them. I can’t believe the greed of some people. The owner rather keep $40 and laugh at a 5 year old choking than to make things right. She fought my friend screamed at her called her a liar with proof saying it always happens and you can eat wax paper safely?????? WHO EATS WAX PAPER PLEASE LET US KNOW BELOW IF YOU DO BECAUSE IVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING. The lady was of Asian decent she wouldn’t disclose her name. Just in case anyone comes into contact with her please respectfully do not engage and be careful of her temper and try your best to stay away from this location. It’s not safe I wonder how many people have consumed wax paper at this point.

Maria s was so awesome honestly the whole staff was. However she was making the last circle cake for display and I ask her for it as I had a bday party at the last minute to attend and she took care of me for my occasion I appreciate all her effort and hard work and willingness to help you are a rock star. Mind you she already started working on the cake and had to fix it up for a last minute change and she did awesome.

We wanted to try this so we were exited the lady gave us a tiny scoop for 6 dollars. She was scooping it and dropped it on the table multiple times then just gave it to me while picking it up with her hands and scooping the extra off the scoop and plopped it in my tiny 6 dollar kids cup. Then we got outside and almost finished our sprite and I looked at the expiration date and it was December 5, 2021. We got inside to tell her and she argued with us telling us to just get another drink she wouldn’t refund us and after arguing for 20 minutes she said fine and slapped the money on the counter.

Started coming a few months ago every week or so it’s always been well,great cookies and great service from a Mexican lady. I gave it 3 stars because of a different worker that took my order the other day wasn’t friendly.

My experience at Great American Cookies was amazing! Maria S. Was awesome and super nice! She deserves a raise ASAP!!! 10/10 definitely recommend. I will be back for sure.

I have been calling this location all day to put in a custom order and they literally have not answered the phone. I finally got an answer and they immediately put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I still have not gotten in touch with them and they still are not answering the phone. The call that lasted 7 minutes that you see in my screenshot was when they put me on hold and never came back. I know I can order online but it says online that if you have special requests to call the store. This is just ridiculous!!
